Horrible Campground
This was probably a very nice campground in the day when the pottery outlet was open. Unfortunately, it has been left to fall apart. The pool , laundry and all facilities are closed. There is no laundry facilities. The price was 79.99 for 2 nights. Water and 30 amp electric.

Great Campground
We stayed here for 4 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Very quiet and clean. The lots were laid out sorta random which gave the feeling of privacy. We enjoyed the pool and ice cream stand. Very convenient location to everything in Williamsburg area. Will definitely be back here again!

Nestled in the woods
Wonderful location, easy access to the main highways and Williamsburg attractions. Extremely friendly staff. The RV site we used was well-kept. As with all location, the local insect life mage itself known. Worth the time to stay and just relax.

Wonderful - Great Place
Stopped for two nights; big place, clean bathrooms. Wonderful owners, very helpful. Quiet this time of year but I can see So many activities for summer! Patios, fire rings, swings in most sites. Very nice place.

We spent the long weekend here with our daughter and two grand kids in our Airstream. This park is by far one of the most beautiful that we've stayed in from coast to coast. We're going back in two weeks.

Very Nice KOA
Convenient location to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent sites with good spacing. Bathhouses could use updating but not bad by any means. Kiddo loved the jumping pillow.

Great KOA!
Tucked in the trees. Easy access from interstate. Nice sites, well maintained, clean. Close to the attractions. Stayed 3 days. Would definitely return. If your visiting the area ... you won’t be disappointed with this campground

One Of The Best
Clean, landscaped. Level gravel pads. Some sites with brick patios. Best WiFi of any campground I’ve visited. Quiet and safe. Dog park needs some grass in it but there is a huge grassy field next to it. Stayed here a week and I will come back! Close to all area attractions.

Great Place!
We had our first Thanksgiving in our camper. The grounds were immaculate and the staff was very helpful and extremely polite. The kids and adults both had a fabulous time and look forward to going back.

Great Time
We stayed in Oct. Everyone is friendly. They had trick or treating for the kids. Nice, roomy & clean bath houses with privacy. We would definitely return. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the camping sites are packed in tight.

Great stop
Yes, camp ground will be closed during winter months. Owners might not have a priority for the camp ground, but the folks that work here truly do. They have been working here for a while and will go out of their way to help. Plenty of space, mostly all pull throughs.

WOW
Our first RV trip ever with our 8 kids, our third night staying at RV parks and our first stay in a KOA. We just got here an hour ago and I'm already giving it five stars. Sooo much more like I imagined than the first two non KOA parks. It big, it feels safe, it's roomy, a guy personally took is to our spot and made sure I got set up...very family friendly. We're only 15 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and we hope to check out some of the neat activities here tomorrow evening. It's a little pricier than the first two places we stayed but soooo worth every dime.

Great Weekend Away
Well maintained, quiet, super helpful and friendly staff. Not too far from attractions. We used Uber and had no issues with transportation. We will be back!

Not A Good Choice Anymore
Years ago the wife and I used to frequent this place. We decided to ride through in October 2016 and what a mess. Overgrown weeds and rundown bad. Go to koa or American Heritage. Would not let me leave 0 stars
