Beth Ann and Amy Are The Worst.

We should have stayed at the Desert Rose which was half the price and just up the road. However, we always love it when a park has exercise equipment, which this one does, and we were willing to pay the premium price for this amenity. What they don’t tell you is that the exercise room opens just one hour before checkout, at 10 am. And if you’re not out of your site by 11 am they charge you excess fees. My wife asked staff if they could open it for us a little earlier than 10 and was met with a cold “no”. When my wife called later to discuss this Beth Ann yelled at her and hung up on her. My wife called her back and she hung up on her again. So I tried. This time Amy answered the phone and said the other manager wouldn’t even talk with us at all, and then she hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE, AGGRESSIVE AND ARGUMENTATIVE. The antithesis of customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

Pricey But Nice

This is our second time here. Yes they are strict and have an age limit on the RV’s here. You can send a picture if yours is older and in good shape. It’s clean and they have artificial grass for each spot. They have 2 dog runs. It’s a big park. There’s gas and restaurants near by and an RV wash behind it.

BEWARE Of The Age Restriction

They do not have an age restriction on their website, but they will take your reservation and your money (tying up your funds for "3-5 business days"). Then they will call and ask the age of your rv. If you are honest, you're screwed. They cancel your reservation immediately but your refund is 3-5 business days. If you are on a budget, you have to pay for somewhere else to stay while your funds are still tied up. I respect their right to their "policies" but don't screw with people's reservations and their money. That's just mean.

Quiet And Close To Restaurants

Best RV Park we’ve stayed at in awhile. Very clean showers, laundry room, grounds are all beautiful. Definitely stay here if your in the area. We will definitely be back if in the area again.

Great. On arrival you are met by one of their employees who secures your paperwork and then leads you to your site. He helps to guide you into your site. Very helpful. Did not have to get out until ready to set up. The place is an example of how a RV park should be ran. The bathrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen. Has small store and office. The roadways are nice and wide. Overall a 10 out of 10.

Excellent Place

We came here 02 July to visit our son. Beautiful RV park, lots of shade, RV store, pool etc. Sites are level concrete pad with astroturf (it is Desert). Our truck broke down the day after we arrived and the park staff took very good care of us with extended stay until the truck was repaired. Definitely worth staying here. Also quiet and peaceful with no highway noise.

No Touch Check In

We called after 5:00, easy over the phone registration and then smooth after hours check in. The night watchman handed us our papers through my window and led us to our site. Nice clean level sites. Very quiet. We were in our 40' Coach towing, plenty of room. We will stay there again.

Excellent Service

Stayed here for 2 weeks and 4 days in February and first part of March 2020. Loved it! Doggie runs with pooper scoopers and bags, Safe and secure all day and night with security driving around. Had to leave our gear there while our RV had some work done and nothing had been touched when we came back 2 days later. Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need! They have been the best host out of all the parks we have stayed at. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Beware!! Not a friendly place. Sterile and poor customer relations. Staff make up falsehoods. Beware! ! We had several bad experiences here.

Tidy And Clean

From the paved driveways, cement pads to the Astro turf instead of lawns, this park is super clean and orderly. Check-in was smooth, rate was reasonable at about $42 for the night, space was comfortable without being huge. Pool was closed (it was 19 degrees last night) but hot tub available. My only suggestion would be the dog walk areas could use some real grass for dogs that don’t get doing their business in the neatly groomed sand. Secure with on-duty personnel. Nice park.

Great Rv Park

All level pull thrus. Great location to a lot of shopping and food. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and park. Great place to stay. Price is awesome for the location and clean park.

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable

VERY well kept park. Bathrooms are immaculate as are the 3 dog parks. Kudos to staff and management for an excellent job keeping this place in tidy order. Plenty to see and do in the area, but one doesn't have to leave the park for entertainment with the clubhouse, pool & spa and bbq patio. Site sizes areample, but not huge. Easy in and out, even for the largest of rigs. We will definitely be back!

One if the nicest RV parks I have been to. We were greeted when we pulled in and didn't have to get out of.our coach. Then escorted to our site. Sites are tight though.

Nice Resort Type

Very tidy and clean. We felt safe and the dog area was nice. Go to the Western Village Casino close by, that’s where the locals go.

Beautiful, Super Great Location

Awesome location. Walk to shops, food, coffee. Relax in the well kept hot tub or pool. Green areas are not grass but turf so it looks green all year round. Great dog areas. Great laundry room. Busy with people but really clean and great to stay at.

My Go to rv resort

We stayed here in the second week of July and loved it! The Mrs n I spent a week here. They had a reasonable price for the amenities and they were centrally located relative to the the attractions we visited. A walk around the marina was great in the morning as the afternoons were warm. We enjoyed the pool on a daily basis and because our teardrop didn't have a bathroom, I had requested a spot closer to one. I wasn't disappointed; we were located up front, near the front office, pool, laundrymat and showers/bathrooms. Everything was kept clean and tidy. During my morning walks, I saw staff skimming, cleaning and treating the pool for the day. I learned some of the staff volunteered their time around the resort in exchange for reduced rates while staying there. These folks attended to the convenient trash cans located along the driveways, restroom duty, and pool /landscaping services to name a few. What a great place to stay if you're a veteran too! We'll be back!

Beautiful park and very neat and tidy. Friendly staff and helpful. Price was very reasonable after two weeks on the road and paying as high as 70.00 a nite.

Extremely Tidy & Well Kept.

Just left, we stayed for one night. I think it's a bit pricey...but I am very new to RV parks and don't have too much to compare it to. The staff is very friendly, we were escorted to our site and guided while backing in, instructions, rules, amenities were all clearly defined in a small magazine & rental confirmation form. We felt very safe, which was important since we are traveling with young children and small dogs. The rules on pets ate strict, but that also part of why this place is so clean. Nice spaces with full hookups, dumping, water. The kids went to the pool and that was really the only low point here, it was a big grotty. We would stay again, though and just plan on hanging out by the marina or the nearby water park. :)

Very poor site

Great Camp But Be Vigilant To Lock Up

Pulled in late and guard/maintenance guy helped with Check in, drove us to site and made sure all was good. Clean. Wide spots with great grassy area & table. We forgot to lock our door and Around 2am someone opened our RV door and the step came down and scared them off. Be careful to lock up because there are people coming through looking for open RV’s to rob since a lot of people are out at the casinos.

Awful Experience

We were treat with a lot of violence.People who works there had no skills at all to deal with children. Please do not take your kids to this place.We felt very unsafe.We left it with a such awful experience.

Clean, convenient to every thing.

Perfect even in the winter

Staff is friendly, place is clean, and the bathrooms are clean. There is a recreational room with ping pong, pool table, TV, and a fully usable kitchen (refrigerator/stove/oven/sink) open from 9am to 10pm that we used.

Nice. Convienent.

Very quite park with all the amenities. Cable, Wi-Fi (that works), washers, 30/50AMp hook-ups. It's all here. I really like the Astro-turf between the moderately sized pads. Keeps the mud down as it was raining endlessly while we were here.
