Somewhat Disappointed

The park was beautiful. We couldn’t figure out why there were some things unkept. 3 pet stations were completely full when we checked in on Wednesday and all the way through check out on Saturday. We felt like we were stacked on top of each other when there was room to spread out instead of being door to door with someone. The laundry room was clean although a bucket of warm water and a rag would do some good.

Nice Park

Very nice site and grounds. Nice places to walk a dog and even a place to let them run. Really nice laundry facilities. Bath room/showers we some of the best I have seen! Pool was pretty with plenty of chairs. The neighbor is a little rough looking (I did feel very safe) but you wouldn’t know it behind the gates and it is very quite. I would definitely stay her again and recommend it to friends.

Adequate Park

Very tight spots for 40ft. Snowbirds here for 3 months have the bigger spots. Club house very small needs cleaned and updated. Pool never looks clean. Train noise at all hours. Best is when blowing horns at 2am. Every day 6am AFB does the revele for your morning wake up call. Only 2 shower stalls. Verizon worked fine. Can bike to beach from park. And bike paths all along. Casinos close. Wallmart close.

Very well lit at night. Close to the AFB so you will hear revele at 6am. Regular 2-3 daily trains nearby. No tables at any sites. Very long fenced dog run at rear of park, and smaller open dog area under the oaks. Level sites. Adequate water pressure but not strong. Wifi is ok, but not strong. Sites are very close. Pricey, but in line with other parks. Lots of long term, perhaps full timers.

Very nice park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just stayed overnight but very please.

Love this place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

Would Come Again

Great park for the area. Clean, well managed and quiet. Only stayed one night, but it was easily a place I could have stayed for an extended period.

A nice park with lots of extras. Pool was nice, though a little over-chlorinated, and the kids enjoyed a nice swim. Pad was small and fairly level. Looks like most of the people were long-term residents and were all decorated for Christmas. Too bad this place isn't closer to the beach and wish the surrounding neighborhood was a little nicer.We enjoyed one night here and paid $23.50 with our PA discount.

Lots Of Long Termed

Had a run-in with one long-term resident military retiree who claimed the pet area as his yard and cursed and threatened me to remove myself and my miniature dachshunds from his (expletive) yard. The man apologized only after I complained and told some children he was the "mean man." I can only assume he was PTSD as he was younger than most retirees. The facilities were very clean and the bathhouse is the pool house. Laundry on site, wifi was strong and free cable connections. I would stay there again but beware of Mr. Green...

Very nice park. Beautiful grounds. Some spaces are tight, others are nice size. Office people are very nice. Lots of long term people there. Ok pool, kinda small. Great location, close to several places. Real close to Keesler AFB. Have pet areas, but aren't enclosed. Nice concrete pads. Cable was sometimes fuzzy. Has wifi, and free coffee.
