Nice
You do have to be careful navigating the park in certain areas because of the trees but we loved the feeling like being in a forest. Bathhouse and laundry room were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were here in the off season so there weren’t really any activities, the pool was closed and the only bathhouse open was the main one. You do get highway noise due to being parallel with I25. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.

No Refunds!?!?
I made a reservation at 10 am on a Friday for the following Saturday nite. At 3 pm I called and canceled as we had a flat tire and would not get the distance we originally planned. No one ever mentioned a no refund policy. I called the next day(Saturday) and left a message as I saw the pending charge in my bank account. On Tuesday afternoon the charge finalized so I called them again and was told that they had a no refund policy. My husband and I have traveled coast to coast and never had an issue like this. I will dispute this charge through my bank.

Very Nice Place To Stay!!!!
Very nice park and managers. It was $55 per night in the winter and more during the summer. We stayed here many times and love it...it is very tight with tree's, just dont go hauling through there, if your not a great driver stay away from there...i saw a man hit a tree while hauling butt and i just shook my head and said ur dumb!!! Not the owners fault just a crap driver...

Family Camping Weekend
It was tight but they totally took us to the site nice and slow. Made sure we were clearing everything. Has a pool, playground and family activities. We loves our weekend so much we booked again for next weekend! It was loud but friendly people!

Horrible Experience
This was quite possibly the worst rv experience I have ever had. 30 minutes just to get checked in and my card was charged incorrectly. Hook up and water hydrant is bad and sprays everywhere, including me. All amenities closed. If you can manage to connect to the WiFi it will not work. Right on the interstate and extremely crowded. I have stayed at many rv campgrounds and this topped them all for the worst experience. We were so unhappy with our stay and the campground right up the road had all their amenities open. I asked if we could check out early and one lady said that was fine. Unhooked my RV and on the way out I let them know we were leaving explained why we wanted to leave and they refused to refund the remaining days despite not getting the amenities they advertise. I was so unhappy I just ate the cost anyway and moved. I do not recommend this resort!

Too Much $$
I might feel different if I was a member of 1000 Trails. Member I spoke to was paying $10 a night, we paid $60 a night for a very, very tight space. In fact it was the smallest sight I've ever had to back into. Had to back our truck alongside the camper and right to the awning to get out of the road. Not all sights are like that though. I could understand the complaints about narrow roads for people with bigger rigs than ours, we didn't have problems since ours is a 26' travel trailer. They do try with activities there also but we won't be back. To expensive for what we got.

Very tight roads lined with trees. Substantial potential for damage of large RV's.

Nice features... However, what they don't show you is I25 running along all the West side of the camping area... So, instead of hearing a creak or nature, you hear interstate road sounds throughout.

Great Place Fit Kids!
Great place for kids for a week or weekend stay! Had putt putt, fishing and fish scaling station, wifi, bathrooms were nice, staff was great. Great playground, lots of trees which was a unique feature.
