Great RV Park
We have stayed here several Times and not one day disappointed. Over the years we thought what Parks advertise was true. Pictures and writing does not happen to be truth in many parks, but here it is true. Yes, just like anyplace thing brake or broken but this Park is normally quick to getting things repaired as soon as parts arrive. Will stay again and again! Remember not really an overnight Park, they cater to long term!

Good Week Stay
Stayed 3rd week of April. Snowbirds are gone. We're using the 6 day discount thru Passport America 50% off. Can see this place must be as busy Dec and Jan with activities like in the Dirty Dancing Movie. Found a locked gate in the 3 year old wall at the SE corner. Get the key from office and walk out to a brand new bike path called "Tucson Loop". 135 miles around the valley! Or simply walk on it over to the mall 1/2 mile south. Congratulations to the owner for all the improvements he's doing. Down side for some is location on 3 mile final to TUC. Although airport isn't that busy. And I love aircraft!

Great Overnight Experience
This place is awesome. We only stayed for one night but will definitely return for a longer stay. Staff is friendly, grounds are beautifully landscaped, restrooms super clean and just perfect to walk around the park. We used our PA discount. Very reasonable price!

Your Prices Are Ridiculously High

May be nice for a long stay, short stay is expensive and misrepresented. No tables at most sites "we never said there would be a table, the pictures online just happen to show sites with tables, sorry for the miscommunication". They find us a site next to the dumpster with a table, oh but it doesn't have cable - still costs the same amount. Total cost with Good Sam discount in our deluxe site: two nights, $115.90. Short term deluxe sites back up to a wall which has spikes on it to help with the bicycle left that occurs at night. Ok, so we deal with no table and decide to go for a swim - pool is closed, has been closed and will remain closed at least until tomorrow. It is 90 degrees here! At least we didn't give up the cable as we will be inside to cool off! .

Not Good For Short Term
This is a huge park with many activities and a lot of full or long term residents. Expensive if you stay a few days, and if there is a way to make a money they got it figured out. The staff is very friendly, almost too friendly, and it wouldn't surprise me if most staff are from a volunteer pool, so be ready for slow services.

Nice Place
Never saw a park with so many activities. Reasonable sized sites. Truly made for longer staying snowbirds and permanent types. Very clean and loaded with friendly people. The only negative is ......it's right under the flight path to the international airport so you will hear lots of overhead jet noise.

Wow. We could retire here. Lots of activities and very friendly people. Our spot was on little grassy square with a shade tree with three other pull throughs. Many other spots in just a gravel lot though. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed Tucson.
