loved it
myself , my wife and 2 kids stayed a night passing through. it was beautiful, i felt safe. nice people. Mr Bob drove by to check on everyone from time to time. picnic tables at ur camp, cool walking trails but we saw a snake, its the desert so be careful. 30 bucks. highly recommended....power hookups, water hookup, sewage hook on the way out, not at the camp. thanks for everything.

Great Location And Beautiful setting
We stayed here twice and have enjoyed both times. Wonderful hiking and biking trails. There are also concerts every week. Loop B has WiFi but you can’t lose with either loop. Views of Santa Catalina Range are amazing and Tucson is only 30 minutes away but Oro Valley has everything you’ll need for a great stay.

Excellent Desert Camping
Great birding! All is as described by others. Clean, wifi works near bathrooms, great showers, lots to do. Some sites have more shade than others.

Beautiful State Park
We stayed here over a 3 day Easter weekend. We were in Loop A site 15. Absolutely beautiful park with wonderful hiking. Spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the camp hosts are very friendly. Not a lot of shade but it’s the desert. The bathroom facilities are the best I’ve ever seen at a park so far. Definitely recommend!

Nice park
We stayed here Nov 12 thru 15th, 2017. Cost $30 per night. Like most Arizona State Parks this is a top notch park. Wide paved roads. Paved level sites with ample room between sites. CLEAN bathrooms and showers. Very quiet. Friendly Staff and organzied check in procress. Numerous level dump sites with no obstructions. Verizon 4G with three bars. We could not get the free wifi at our site. Walmart and restaurants just across Oracle Ave directly across from park entrance. We would stay here again.
