Old And Tired

Okay for a night, but very old and worn down. Nice people, a lot of old and run down permanent places. Pool and hot tub need A LOT of work. Bathrooms are very old and have a very unfortunate odor.

Getting Old

Drove through to check it out. Has no 40ft. Sites, was told by the office they stay 85 percent full all year with full-time people living there. Park is starting to look run down with old units . It's getting hard to find a place to winter in Tucson, the parks are charging to much and letting to many people live year round and letting the parks run down, there no longer rv parks

Nice place to stay. We were there for over a week. Pool & facilities were beautifully maintained. Only a few minutes from Route 10 but noise was not a problem. Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Would love to winter here in the 2018/19 season.
