Maximum 1 hour parking. State Patrol has a district office in the parking lot and they will enforce this.

Good place since you have a RV
Lot of space, bathrooms were fair but a police officer came at 9pm and asked me to leave just because I was in a SUV, not in a campervan.

Rear Stop
Great rest stop. Individual lots for trucks, RVs, and cars. Two dump stations with potable water. Lots of grass and pet area.
