This was a great stop for the night! Hot showers, $1 laundry, nice pads. A few short hiking trails to keep the blood flowing after a long drive. It was a serene and peaceful place to wake up, just minutes from the highway. Grocery store and coffee shop nearby are handy. I wish we would have allotted enough time to explore the adorable town of Bothell the next day!!

Quiet, Clean and Cozy. Relaxing atmosphere nestled by trees and the sounds of geese, ducks, and birds.
Could not detect any road noise. Only one plane flew nearby but not a bother. Bathrooms are clean, showers have nice hot water but could use a little more water pressure. The laundry facilities are well kept and reasonable. $1.00 per wash load, $ 1.00 for dryer load. You can have pets. Our site had water, elec., cable, and sewer.
Staff very friendly.
Would definitely come back!

Nice Base For Seattle Area
Really a lovely pretty park. Good location to visit Seattle and other communities in the region. There is a shopping center across the highway for most of your needs. Seems very safe in a "nice" area. Staff very professional. We even enjoyed a big breakfast get together there with other folks there one Saturday. Likely the best park in the Seattle metro area. Not cheap but not out of line with other parks in an urban area such as Portland or Seattle.

One of the best places I've stayed in...friendly, private, quiet. Book 6 months in advance this place books up quickly.

This park is in a beautiful setting and does not resemble a parking lot as one reviewer observed. The spaces are large enough for even the largest rigs and have hedges between to add privacy. Should you be taking a cruise they have a separate storage area with electricity to leave your rig. All in all a nice park with a safe environment.

Parking Lot Atmosphere
We stayed here for about a week during a visit to see some friends in Seattle. It was the only Rv park we could find near our friends. Luckily we only slept there..the park is small and looks like a large parking lot with a small lake. The positive, it was quiet and had decent showers n restrooms. Nothing to write home about..

If you have money and don't like privacy then this is the place for you. Our rig is little bit older than they would like to see in their mosquito infested , tiny park with nothing going for it. Yeah, our money wasn't too good for them in the off months. Even though our motor home is older, we have taken very good care of it, and it doesn't look like it belongs in a junk yard. We have spent a lot of money keeping it in good shape because we aren' t wasteful idiots. Thank you for letting us peasants waste our time and money in your "resort."

Very nice park. Quiet and well ran. New bathrooms and super clean.
I would go back again. 1 trip around lake is 1 mile.

Beautiful park-like setting. Most sites have duck pond frontage. I would definitely recommend.
