This is a very welcoming campground. Quiet and very nice people to assist you. George is great. Goose poop but that part of wildlife. They have to live also. I had 3 dogs. Picked up their poop.

Very nice, well maintained, clean restrooms, good fishing. Boats, canoes are rented. Goose not dog poop but they try to contain geese. Very quiet. I'll go back.

Great Place

This is one of our favorite places to go. Full hooks, decent sites. Need to invest in more activities maybe a pool.

Found Gatewood Park on Parkadvisor app . Nice quaint place with beautiful scenery. Bathhouse very clean and private. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Loved the place. Only draw back is: Wifi to week to use, you can't swim in the lake and there is no pool. People parking in vacant lot which kept new comers from coming in. But the worst part is- THE DOG FECES. worst I've ever seen. No one cleaned up after their dog and Feces were thick all over the middle of the campground. I was afraid to allow my dog down for fear she would catch something. Because of this I gave the park a 3 and its a shame because it deserves a 5. I hope the head people read this and enforce guest to pick up after their pets. But all in all a beautiful place and would go back.

Very nice, quiet, secluded campground. Everything was good inclusive of the staff who were great. I'd give the campground a 5 star rating rather a 4 star if it wasn't for the impossible Wi-Fi as well as dog feces everywhere. The campground is covered with dog feces, rather disgusting.
