We are a brand new RV Park that opened up in 2023, located near Rockwall, Texas, in Fate, Texas. We service Fate, Rockwall, Lavon, Royse City, and all surrounding Dallas cities.

We are a small, quaint 30-unit park in a country setting but close to all things retail! We have full hook-ups at each RV Site. We have excellent high-speed Wi-Fi that really works! We know it's essential to long-termers or people who work from their RV.
