A nice quiet campground. Large sites with mature trees. Lovely breeze. They charge extra for air. Grounds are on Clyde river next to Erie canal and within walking/biking distance of locks and national wildlife reserve trails. Lots of fish can be caught here.
As other writer noted; several dilapidated seasonals in the back. Bathrooms gross need major work. There is a laundry room, old machines but flush toilets in this building. Nice little pool. Location was great for touring we wanted to do. Seen two red fox on grounds.

Nice Private Park
We stayed a couple nights in this park while traveling across NY. Private & quiet. Grounds were nice & they were adding gravel to road after a large storm just prior to our arrival. They are in a low lying area that could be a problem at times. The 2 problems I saw were some "permanent " people in the back of park had dilapidated RV that have been there a long time. Also the bathrooms & shower house are cramped, not the cleanest & in need of renovation. Would stay again but only for a few days. Not a place I would spend my vacation. Overall a nice place for a short stay. Nice outlet mall & grocery store 5-6 miles away.
