Praying

Have been thinking of this beautiful campground the last 2 weeks as the Hermits Peak/Calf Canyon fires have threatened it. Was actually hoping to return here for Memorial Day week but am doubting it will be open even if it is spared. Was also looking forward to early evening dips at the Montezuma hot springs. Oh well, praying for a positive outcome for this region. 5/23/22

Paved the whole way but can be narrow and curvy. Campsite is decently dispersed but you can always see at least one or two neighbors. Toilets in good condition. $8/site for one car.
