Site was not level. Park was clean but very noisy with highway traffic. Almost completely full with long term tenants, so there are limited spaces available. Site was paved but not level. Water pressure was poor. Sewer hookup was difficult to access. Very few places to stay along this section of US Hwy 49.

Rude...Fat lady screaming at me
I’ve never been treated so badly. I was driving from Florida to Kansas and I drive a Tesla. I had my wife and two kids with me. We had to get them back to Kansas to start school so we were in a rush. I stopped in about 3 AM there was no dropbox to pay and we were just going to sleep in the car until morning time and get a little charge. I figured I’d pay in the morning I don’t really need to still electricity from them. Next thing I know a fat lady is literally beating on my window as hard as she can screaming and cussing in front of my kids like I just stole her life savings. I tried to explain that it was so late and I couldn’t find a dropbox but she wasn’t having it and made me pay $50 for 4 hours of electricity. The bad thing is the car wouldn’t even charge there it said there was a ground detected so they definitely have electric problems. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free

Good Overnight Stay
We stopped at the Shady Cove RV Park for one night and the park owners were very nice and accommodating allowing for easy after hours check in. The sites were gravel and level, the gravel area outside of the parking pad was a little on the muddy side. The trails were plentiful for walking the dogs although they were quite wet. Water, sewer, and 50 amp hook ups were very nice. The cable connection was very strong with over 40 channels. We did not have a code to access the bathhouses but the surrounding area was clean and well kept.
