Very nice grounds and very well kept. Showers and bathrooms are spotless. Multiple playgrounds for the kids. Cheap stay at 16$ a night.Everybody was very nice.That being said…..seems like a weekend party spot for the locals. Very large groups camping everywhere. Dogs barking all day ….loud music ..Trucks zipping up and down the roads. Was nice on the weeknights.Get 4 stars because of how clean and well kept everything was. Just a little to busy and loud on the weekends.

Quiet And Beautiful Sunsets

First time here and plan to return. The camp host are very helpful. Most spots have asphalt pads. The restrooms are some of the cleanest we have encountered. We can’t wait to bring family and friends on our next visit.

Coles Creek Carlyle Lake

First time visiting this campground. It's ran by the Corp of Engineers. One of the best campgrounds I have been to. Very nice bathrooms and alot of them, nice shower houses/bathrooms, beach, boat ramps, fish cleaning areas, and so much more. I will be visiting this campground often.
