Could Be Better
So much potential for this place with the location and accessibility to trails. Campground is nice but marred by the horrible internet. It’s 2021, so having bad internet nowadays is a choice.

Okay for a night or two
This is the kind of campground my husband hates! Everybody packed in and very few trees. If you want to be in the city, it's okay. Friendly staff! It was right on the bike trail so had been staying more than just the night I would have used it but we are treaking back to Wisconsin as fast as we can. My husband said the shower was amazing! We had 10 percent Good Sam discount and only water and electricity so cost us $35. Would have been more had we wanted sewer but those sites were all filled. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Despite being in town, it was actually very quiet!

Watch The Power - Test Before Hooking Up
We got one of the last spots as they were slammed with Oregon wildfire evacuees. We were grateful as we were required to be in Boise for 2 days. But when we hooked up I found the 30 amp outlet melted & broken and the 110 outlet blackened from spark damage. The office was closed but I managed to find a maintenance man to come look at the outlet He replaced the 30 amp outlet & left. Then I hooked up my surge protector and got reverse polarity warnings. I located the manager & told her I wanted to move as I won't use a faulty outlet. She agreed to refund my money & let us stay because they had no other spaces. Next day I went to the office & the lady there said they were very familiar with the reverse polarity problem. I asked about a reduced rate for the second night & she said she'd send an electrician to fix the problem that afternoon. We had no power for 2 very hot days. No electrician ever came. I was only charged one night on my CC statement but that comes to $20 night for no power.

Awesome Location Right On Greenbelt!
It’s not a resort but the location is perfect being on the Greenbelt with river running along the campsite so awesome for swimming (dogs too) and access to all the amenities. They leave you alone here but well kept and peaceful no street noise of any kind. I could live here for months!

Disappointed
For $49 a night I expected more that this park offers. It’s an uneven gravel pit. No cable TV and the WiFi download speed was only 1.28 Kbps, which isn’t usable so I used my phone’s data. Many full timers so they have a lot of “stuff” around their rigs. The grass area on the North side near the. Lose River seemed much better. I was going to stay 7 nights, but left after 2. This would be OK if you were passing through and needed a place for 1 night.

Nice Stop
The park was really full for the middle of September. Site was nice along a green belt but felt too close to our neighbors. We chose to just stay one night and keep moving. Would stay again if in the area.

I Liked It
I actually liked this park. I was worried about some of the reviews, but I think it was well taken care of. There are lots of central trees that are huge. Late July - the cottonwood sheds everywhere... but that’s the only thing I didn’t like. There is a river and a bike path right along the side. The check-in was a breeze and they had a guide show us to our space as well as offer to back us in. There are many many pull thrus but we weren’t picky. It is conveniently located near any store you could imagine needing access to. And the park was quiet.

Not Great
So I stayed here on my way back home. Stayed two nights Cost was ok. Everything is gravel and is very much just a parking lot with hookups. People coming and going all day and night. It's also next to a busy road. If you are a light sleeper like me don't count on getting much sleep. Why people are driving out of the park at 1&2 in the morning is beyond me. Has to be someplace better. Won't stay again.

Hot.
I know we unfortunately arrived during a heat spell of over 100... But from the pics I expected trees. The sites all around us have no shade. Very few trees. Friendly staff and clean, but it is gravel everywhere, we didn't even get the little strip of grass for our puppy.

Wifi Coverage fail
We spent the last two nights here, and in slot 28, the wifi signal doesn't reach to that end of their Park. Bathrooms are well worn but they are clean.

Crowded And Packed
There is actually no space to the neighbor and no grill or seats with tables on the site. Clean showers and plenty of washing machines.

Nice park - Friendly Staff
We stayed here five nights in a 15' travel trailer. Clean park, well maintained bathroom / laundry. The staff was very flexible and allowed us to choose another site when we picked one under a tree-- then discovered that hundreds of bugs were dropping all over us and the trailer....site #16. We Chose another site father down and had no issues. Popular park-- frequented by a mix of full time locals and travelers. Very crowed by the weekend and tight spots. Good location to see the Boise greenbelt and close to lots of shopping. We would stay here again. Just a side note: this is directly behind Les Bois fairgrounds / racetrack. It was off season when we were here- so no problem- but I suspect it would be loud if the races were going.
