Great Place
First, it’s a typical military base….so activity happening and some noise. RV slots were clean, concrete/gravel, picnic tables and umbrellas. Close to track and super nice 24hr gym. Laundry facility is nice…but coin operated. Very nice pub with food and drinks …. pool, shuffle board and outside sitting with deck. Very nice check-in. We stayed several days while I had duty. Would definitely stay again!

DO NOT USE GPS
The GPS takes you 10 miles west of the airfield to the center of a subdivision. Search your Google Maps using Gowen Field. It should lead you to the airport. If not something is wrong. The campground is fine for the price. Sort of close. We did not get a picnic table.
