We stayed here a year ago for $38/night. Needed a place to stay again, now $60/night. We won't be back even though it is comfortable

Only stayed on night but it was no hassle. People were friendly. Went to a baseball game.

We've travelled from California to Florida in our rv. This is by far the most expensive that we've seen. This site states wifi and cable as amenities, but apparently only if you sign up with another company for a fee. Wifi and cable have always been provided in the rv lot cost. Website states it is $45 a night, but it is actually $50 a night. Children are allowed at sites, but Staff and residents are not keen to children in the pool area. Within 12 hours of setting up, we had ants in our rv.
