A little bit disappointed! Site was dirty with dog crap on our site! Not acceptable considering the cost of this park! Masseys Landing was fantastic until Sun Resorts took over!

Just stayed this past weekend. I will not be returning. Nothing separates this campground from one a third of the price. Hardly any trees make this feel more like a parking lot then a campground. Minimal organized activities. Ice cream shop only had 3 flavors. Overpriced drinks at the bars. Minimal information provided for daily events or operating schedules for the pools restaurants and bars. Save your money stay somewhere else.

Too Bad

Great STAFF, full of life, helpful. Place is awesome, great location, pool with bar is fun. I say too bad because they sold to SUN COMMUNITIES. Things change too much when they take over. I went here the 2nd month of 1st year, up from Florida. Had to revisit. Now learned the take over by Sun!

Great Place

Fantastic time at Massey’s Landing. Very relaxing. Sites are super easy to back into. No shade so bring your own. The swim up bar is a key touch without it this place would just be ok. They needs another pool. It was so packed. Not many scheduled or planned activities in fact I don’t know if there were any. Over all, not my first choice but we will be back!

We have been going every memorial day since it opened, thank you management. We our coming back 2019.

Nice Facility

This is a fairly new campground. Do not expect any privacy between sites as there are no trees or brush to separate sites. Reminds me of a drive in movie lot. Kid and pet friendly for sure. They do have a tiki bar. The burger and crab cake are good. Stay away from site 98. Rainwater pools next to utility hook up. It's also next to playground and children will run or bike through your site to get to it. However no neighbors on either side of you. If your looking for a party campground this is the place.

Attended the Grand Design North East Rally at Masseys Landing Resort last weekend. Sites are large. You have a space to park your tow vehicle. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Cant wait till next year.

Big RV Friendly

If you have a camper 37 feet or bigger this is the place for you. Heated pool, beach access, dog friendly and the cleanest bath houses. Bring your fishing poles and crab pots. Can't wait to come back next summer.

We love this location. Its near many great day trip locations. This is a newer rv park with many great amenities. Family and pet friendly. We love the heated pool too. Sites are level and easy to access. The camp store is well stocked. A must visit location!
