Stayed April 2022. Membership Camp. Entire camp needs maintenance, from potholes in roads, tall weeds, trees and bushes overhanging roads and sites. Too many leased sites, and older unoccupied RVs taking up spaces. Low voltage, but water pressure OK. No sewer hookups at most sites. Closed restrooms.

Not For Full Time Entrepreneur RVers
I was so excited and then so let down...We were sold on the 2 Pools, 2 spas, full hook up, store, activities, all surrounded by beautiful countryside and fair reviews until we arrive and are told about the "crossover!" Then add ZERO cell service, at the Park. I think the 2 other people on their phones huddled at the office/store were draining what was available. My own booster didn't work. The brochure states intermittent cell service. That's a dramatic overstatement. And WHAT is that crossover? Well it's the other side of the road where there is no pool! And what appear to be long term residency. Only 30amp, and water. That's it. A Dump station available for your convenience. Oh, there is a Honeypot you can use for an extra $25. I'm not going to share about those resident! I'm supposed to keep a kind review. - very disappointed

Stayed For Work
I love this park, but it is not perfect. The restrooms are old but usually clean. The water and power have many interruptions, but usually not for long time. The staff is friendly and helpful. Almost everyone camping are friendly. If 1000 trails would put some money back into the park it could be 5 star.

Quiet Stays
We've stayed here three times recently and they have been nice, quiet stays. Everyone is nice, both the staff, rangers and the other campers. Had limited cell service with Straight Talk Wireless (Verizon), but there is a small hill you can walk just above the Mini Golf Course that gets nice coverage. I'm disabled and managed the walk with not too much effort. They have chairs on the hill so you can sit and make your calls.

Poor RV
Was sent to the other side due to over crowed, was not satisfied, dirty, not clean. Too many long term RVs taking up the choice spots. Will not stay here ever again, bad decision on my part, way too fra from town, closer to Mexico.........

We were in the overflow on the other side of the road. Lots of long terms , dumpy rigs, over there. AT& T had minimal service, Verizon none. Restrooms were clean as were the showers . If they'd put some gravel down it would be much nicer! Also there's a couple of dump stations,so dump before you park!
