No Compost Toilets Allowed

We couldn't reach any of the state parks by phone. We showed up and were asked if we had both grey and black water tanks. We said we have a grey wayer tank and a compost toilet. We were informed that we couldn't even park there because we dont jave a grey wayer tank. In our 15000km trip that's a first. The staff were volunteers and for the most part apologetic. The person checking for grey wayer tanks said she thought it was a stupid rule, but enforced it nonetheless. Had we been allowed to stay, it would've been 55 per night for a sloped paved parking lot. I'd take a walmart or the side of the road over this balogna.

Nice Spot

Great location by ocean. Small and tight place but convenient with nice food choices around the corner and very nice staff.
