Huge Tail Gate Party W/ Free Range Kids
To be fair, we’re seniors who don’t have much family of our own. We bought our used 24’ class c just 2 days before shelter in place was called and have been dreaming of trying it out. Most campgrounds are still closed and we wanted to stay close to home so we ended up here. It’s really expensive, but most folks were there with tons of family so I guess that makes it more economical. There were tons of kids riding the various vehicles that are rented by koa as well as their own bikes, scooters, etc. they seemed to be having a great time and we really enjoyed their happy sounds. I’m told the spaces are quite generous. Most of the space is in the back of the slot. So we got to known our neighbors, all of whom were just wonderful. We love campfires and the amount of smoke generated was a test of our sinuses. I’m still coughing. The bathrooms and showers were pretty clean. I really enjoyed the big outdoor double sinks to wash our dishes in. About 50% wore masks

Great For Families
We just got a travel trailer and wanted to explore. We happen to get in on a cancellation to this koa during their Halloween weekend. The kids had a blast at the pool and park and jump pad. Staff is friendly and park is clean. The bathrooms could be updated but no big deal. Very dog friendly as well. We will be back there.

good but expensive
Just to echo what is here was pricey. not as much as some paid. we paid $94 after KOA discount. Full Hookups... but a mile from a beach... they did have all kinds of amenities. wifi was there but not at site.

Great KOA
Very pricey, but nice KOA. Playground, climbing tree, jump pad, arcade, bike rentals, wrought iron patio table and chairs at each site AND a full sized Weber gas grill at each site! They also have several Airstreams onsite as rental cabins! Quiet, clean. We only stayed one night, but would stay again. Bathrooms were clean. Lush vegetation at sites and throughout campground.

Great For Families
We stayed here on a trip with our 12 year old son. This park has lots of family recreation type amenities. Family type resort means lots of kids. If you prefer something slightly less noisy, request a space away from the play area(s). Nice pool and hot tub. This is a large park and I was surprised at how clean the restrooms and other facilities are kept. Well stocked store with gifts, a few groceries and other misc items. Great dog park with grass and room to run. Cost was approx $140 per night. We stayed one night in a 60’ pull through and 3 nights in a smaller 40’. The 60’ (space #225) was higher rate of around $150 (I believe) and included a stand up gas grill, larger concrete pad and concrete surrounded fire pit. The smaller space (#50, which we preferred of the two), cost slightly less and backed to the tree line of the park which gave more privacy. Smaller space had smaller pad and more dirt including around the fire pit.

Great For Kids
The location is nice. A short drive to several beaches. Nice combination of sun and shade. A variety of RV sites and a large number of cabins. If you don't have kids, just be careful of your site selection. There are a number of sites away from the playground and 'beach zone' play area. No road noise. Nice pool and a well stocked store. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Park, Lots Of Kids
This is a great spot, extremely expensive in my opinion, but it has good amenities and is family friendly. The back in sites typically have a lot of trees, are well spaced and level. The pull throughs are good, but don't have the privacy you get with a back in.

Great Park For Families With Kids
We've stayed here twice. There are large playgrounds, a free "train" to ride, and lots of room to run and ride bicycles. Only two negatives. When we stayed in back part of Park we were overrun by yellow jackets when we tried cooking outside. And when we stayed by the playground, kids were playing and running around being loud well after quiet time and staff did not enforce the quiet time.

Great Park
We are staying a week at this RV park. Our site #50 is big enough to accommodate our 40' diesel pusher. Although I would have preferred 50 amps service, 30 amps was suffisent for our needs. Good water pressure. Cable TV has a lot of channels but the quality of the picture is not perfect. Initially we could not connect to wifi and a quick trip to the office took care of that. After that wifi was not an issue but streaming videos is prohibited. This is a great Park for children, there are many free amenities and mini golf is only $1 per person. There is free palm tree climbing (our 5 year old must have gone up and down at least 30 times...), free little train, big bouncing pad and banana bicycles to rent for $10 an hour. Little dog park but clean, in fact the whole park is spotless. The staff is very friendly and trash gets picked up outside your coach as soon as you put it out... Cell service was poor for me but that's not the park fault. .. We will definitely go back.
