We at Golden Pond RV Park Offer a Relaxed and Quiet Atmosphere with all the amenities. We have 54 Full Service Hook-Up. Free Cable and Excellent WiFi throughout RV Park. 50, 30, and 20 Amp Hook Up. 3 Tent site with water and 30 amp hook-up. 8 Pull Through Sites. We have full shade spots over looking our Clear Pond with Boulder rock walls. We have a small fishing boat available to rent hourly for our fishing pond. Free cookout for our campers every 3rd Saturday of the month during the camping season.

Directions

From Clinton, at Jct of Hwy 65 and 16, go east 2 miles on 16, turn right on Burnt Ridge Rd. Go approx 8 miles to stop sign; turn left on Hwy 330 South and go approx 2.5 miles to main entrance.

From Jct of Hwy 25 and 16, take Hwy 16 to Park.

We use coast to coast and there is a $5 a day power fee. All reviews are to the point Phil is really nice. The pain does have good size bluegill and sunfish. Saw some nice big carp but ran out of bait.

Wonderful Stay

Owners are awesome. Had a great time there with the family for a week. This is the type of campground I wish all privates were like small quite and great place to be. Will be going back for sure.

Adequate +

Drive thru sites are 'nose to tail and very narrow. Not every site has a picnic table or fire ring, tho there is a very nice community fire ring. Hot tub well maintained, wrong time of year for pool [December]. 2 to 3 miles to grocery in Shirley. No safety concerns. Beautiful country, of course. A few permanent residents, a few long term campers. All we met were very welcoming. Phillip, owner, very nice, very acomodating. For those who care, the county is "dry." 35 scenic miles to liquor, beer, wine store. A great rest stop for a few nights, tho I would not recommend a long term stay. However, the monthly rate is quite reasonable. Phillip is working on expanding a bit.

We stayed overnight July 27, 2017 on our way to a reunion. It was HOT and humid.. Philip the owner is one of the nicest guys we met in three months of camping. The pool was great, we enjoyed it thoroughly. The site we used was a little smaller than others but close to pool and showers. WiFi was fast, campground quiet, and surrounding areas just beautiful. Overall, one of our most memorable stops from last summer's travels.
