Stay Safe
Park is only renting nightly and weekly. Something to do with electrical problems and the Pima county.

A Real Dump. Don’t Go There.
I called ahead, but only hit voice mail. The lady texted me back telling me she had a pull through site available. When we drove in, I could not believe how run down the place is. Mostly permanent residents, stray dogs barking at you when you drive by, and shady-looking residents. We didn’t stay, and we ended up else where.

Giving 3 stars because other sites were worth as good as that. Not ours. Super narrow and weeds everywhere- so bad you had to jump over them. Our electricity had problems twice that they had to come try to fix - I think my husband figured it out. Damp Dirt - no pad. I was glad it wasn’t raining. Most of the Park were live ins and lots of that was very junky. Everyone was very nice around us though. They moved their vehicles voluntarily - an absolute necessity because our particular space was so narrow. Wendy at the office was very nice and accommodating. So was the other gal. Cheap price - yup it was appropriately priced. Grounds need cleaning up.

Cheapest
If you like amenities this isn't for you. But since we never use pools, laundry or any other facilities we always look for the best price. This park is simple, 10 miles from biosphere, a bit further out of the city than other parks but is the cheapest. $140 a week. Water, sewer and power. WiFi is terrible. They have $1 wash and $1 dryer, coffee, tv lounge and a few events. Large mature trees give good shade to several spots. Nothing fancy but for sure the cheapest we've come across in the state.

Wonderful Customer Service!
Quaint little camp on the outskirts of Tucson. No frills and uncrowded, this place is a decent place to camp for a weekend. The caretaker, Wendy, was very welcoming and helpful. We would go back based on the treatment we received alone.
