Class A
Was here 12 years ago, but it looks like they have done nothing to keep it up. All gravel mostly level spaces. Prices were extremely high for what you get at $66.00 per night for E,W, and sewer. No cable or wifi.

2 Night Stay
Stayed here for two nights while visiting the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Only a mile away and right up the road. Very easy to get in and out of. Local shops and friendly town right next to the campground. Good pizza place literally next to the entrance. Had a full pull through site (30amp). Site had hook ups on both sides. Water did not work on one side so had to run extra hose to other side to have water. Two sewer pipes. First one we hooked up backed up and had to switch to other one (which worked). Site was ok leveling wise but needs work.Friendly lady at check in. Overall good place to stay to visit The Grand Canyon.

Close To South Rim With Few Con's
Absolutely perfect to get in and out of the Grand Canyon south rim. Only one mile from the entrance. Great small town just outside the campground too. Quant shops, Starbucks, IMAX, airport, and restaurants. We got a full hook up pull through. Hook ups were adequate at best. Showers and restrooms were disgusting, but we did not use them. Absolutely no WiFi, cable or reception. They do rent movies for $1.00, but limited old copies. Site 51 needed a lot of leveling, but had a fire ring. Absolutely loved the elk coming most mornings, and mustangs in evenings. The National forest area behind the park, was good hiking. Trailer Park with some sketchy characters walking around was attached to the campground. Overall for four days it was ok, especially given how close it was to the park!

We went to grand canyon on August 5. Good season not hot. I love this park its very close to everything restaurants stores.. Park has all hookups. When you call they don't answer. Not a problem it's has afterhours drop box.

Excellent location to GC and had elk roaming the park which was nice to see! Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store, and activities. My truck needed work and park maintenance loaned me a few tools so I could do a quick repair. Total life saver as not many repair shops around. Would stay again!

Good Spot
Tent camped for one night. Passing through. Friendly staff. The elk passed through camp in the morning & the evening. Everyone complains about paying for showers but water is PRECIOUS here. I’m sure they charge to cut down on waste. Five stars

Just Okay
Huge RV Park. Lots of spots. Most was closed off and all RVs were squeezed together in one area due to COVID. No shade for sites. Clean bathrooms. Saw elk walking through campground, that was pretty awesome. Closest campground to Grand Canyon entrance. A little expensive.

Great location but that was pretty much it. I've never seen a park charge for showers. It was close to the Grand Canyon and lots of food options. It was right behind a grocery store which had good souvenirs. Would stay again in a pinch.

Grand Canyon Area
Came in for 2 night while visiting the Grand Canyon. The park is a little outdated and needs some love. I had site 147. Which sites face to face with site 146. Good if you’re in a group but that’s it. About 16 feet between the 2 rvs. Lucky the guy that pulled into 146 went and got switched. 1 picnic table and 1 fire pit. Problem is the pit is 4 feet from the Rv in 148. Lol. Never seen a worse setup

Ok. No WiFi. Small spots and bathrooms are dirty. Very expensive for what you get but if it’s the only option it will do.

Very Pleasant Check In
After waiting while the Trailer Village employee chatted for 20 minutes about his lifestyle with a guest who had a reservation, only to be told “we’re full” ($59 + taxes) it was very pleasant to check in and be appreciated for $51 taxes included. We’re staying and getting great visitor service!

Happy To Be There
This is the closest you can get to the park without being in it. We had a full hook-up, great location. We were pretty close to the campground office, so we had our choice of their WiFi or Starbucks’s WiFi. The showers were $2, but we didn’t use them. Shuttle was amazing, access to other places also amazing. Nice General Store right next door. They have elk wandering around. I thought it was great and I would stay again. Also, very nice owners. Lady has a great laugh!!

Good For A Stay
We had full services-water, electric and sewer. There is no WiFi (and the worker told us that) but there wasn’t good reception anywhere in the Grand Canyon. Sites were big enough. Some spots you pulled into and some you had to back into. Check where your hook ups are. Very convenient to the free shuttle that takes you almost. anywhere in the park. I can live without the internet for 2 days. We were in the park most of the time anyway! A neighbor used the laundry and said the dryers did not dry the clothes. I would stay there again.

Dont stay here!
Check in lady was unpleasant. $51 a night for electric and water in a gravel, outdated, dusty parking lot. At checkin the sign said it all "No Discounts" "No Refunds". I shortened my stay. Want free WiFi? It's only at the laundry building...and then it didnt work. Want a shower? $2 for 8 minutes... or use water on your site and pay $3 to dump. I got them.... uses their water to shower and fill my tank, then went into the park to use the free dump station. Its allowed. This bnb is the most I've ever paid for a site. .. and for NOTHING!! Find any place else. This is the first negative review I've written. Stayed 2 nights in a motorhome.

Serves A Purpose
Close proximity to the Grand Canyon is a plus. The site itself isn’t anything to brag about but it serves a purpose, electric and water, no dump at site itself. Bathrooms were dirty and $2 for an 8 min shower in less than ideal showers. The area around the camp is convenient location wise, within walking distance but prices are EXTREMELY high. $11 for a meal at McDonald’s!! $8 for a small case of water, so stick up on your groceries and essentials before you arrive! Personally wouldn’t stay here again unless it was the only option.

Lots Of Upcharges, Close To Park
So, you're about 2 miles from the park entrance which is great. Super-short walk to restaurants, but watch out they're crazy expensive! ($54 for two medium pizzas, I really wish I was making that up.) Sites are mostly level but pretty small. No grass for dogs or off-leash areas (unless you count the permanent trailer residents who let their pit bulls off leash to run up at your dogs). Very very limited shade. $2 for a shower?!? Never ever been charged this, as a family of four busy hiking the canyon this added up fast. They charge you to dump (again never had to pay this at any other campsite), but you're paying to be close to the park I guess. Stock up on groceries before you get anywhere near here, everything is crazy expensive. The wifi doesn't work at all, although you can walk up to Starbucks to use theirs. On the plus side, elk wandered through the campground almost every night.

Second Choice
They start taking new guests at noon and you can not make a reservation on the day of your arrival. 1st come, 1st served. Asked for full hook ups on a Monday at 2 pm, and ended up with water and electric. No dump. TV stations are about 54 miles away, so no TV or cable. Wifi is weak. Starbucks next door is much better. To dump costs $3 for guests. To take a shower is $2 in quarters. The lot was about level on gravel. Different size lots available for rent to class A RV. What I liked about the place is how near the town is. Buss shuttle to the park run about every 20 minutes. When you get your pass, it is free. Have a senior pass, so it is free for me. Several restaurants near by. If you can not stay at Grand Canyon village, stay at this place and bring your pocket book!

Huge parking lot, as others have shared. Have electric and water hookups. Dump site costs $3 extra. Have pricey propane, and charge you $2 for a shower. This place is clearly in business simply to take you for all your money. Only stay if all the other RV parks are full. On the positive, the location is good - can walk to many shops, restaurants, tour places. Has a Starbucks and market adjacent. The parks shuttle service can shuttle you into the park from a stop a few 100 feet away.

Avoid If Possible
Rude check in person said they had no partial hookups so we were required to pay the $58 for full hookup. Come to find out partials were available. Paid extra for fairly clean showers. Laundry was $6 for wash and dry. Dusty and dirty with no concrete pad. Very close quarters. Quiet enough. Avoid this RV location you can.

Mistook this for the Grand Canyon Trailer Village which is in the park and less than a mile from the canyon. This place is an expensive parking lot behind a strip mall outside of the park. The trailer village in the park is cheaper, much nicer and has cable tv. Don't make the mistake.

A Big Let Down
The only thing this campground is this convenient to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. $46 a night for a tiny spot on a pad of dirt, dust, no shade, water and electric, $46. And they want two dollars more for a quick shower. At that price I should have a shower and a massage included. All of the campsites right on top of each other with very little separation. The restrooms were clean and well-kept, The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not Great
We've been traveling the Grand Circle for three weeks, and this is definitely our least favorite rv park. Not great facilities, my husband actually got accosted by an unsavory character who tried to start a fight with him, the roads around the park are muddy and not super well maintained, and my shower (which cost $2 for 8 minutes) was lukewarm for the first 3 minutes and then cold after that. My husband said his shower was warm though. Overall, it was not a great stay, but there aren't many options when you need somewhere to plug in so that you can run your heater. We did see that the RV park with power in the park is $45, which is less than we paid here, so that might be worth checking out.

Property Sold And Will Close Forever
While checking in was told the park was sold and will close for good at the end of summer season, a hotel being built there. So no need to review..... nice that it was so close to grand canyon.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews, it's a tourist destination, this is what you get. Not a bad site, no television or radio reception, but you're at the Grand Canyon, get out of your camper and explore!! If you're in a RV, no issues. Tenters keep in mind showers are not free, but there are other tenting locations in the area that aren't so urban. Staff is friendly.
