The rate is $36/night, with taxes we paid $40. No discounts. Simple gravel lot with 6 FHUs and a lone pine. No onsite management all interactions and payment is through the website. It's probably first-come for sites. There are no amenities such as bathrooms or showers ... You need to be self contained. Has WiFi but I couldn't fully & completely connect. Decent enough for an overnight stay.
