Terrible Service Zero Stars
called to reserve a spot and they automatically put us in a full service site. We don’t need sewer for two days. Lots of empty sites with just water and power. They said we could switch but no refund. We went back to the assigned spot and the power didn’t work. Moved spots again. Full hookups= no picnic table, weed filled gravel just wide enough to almost put awning out. Water pressure is high here more than 100lbs, don’t connect without a serious regulator. Tent sites are dry camping, walk over to the rv sites for water. Train enthusiasts will love the full size BNSF that’s pulls through just louder than the highway.not much mowing the grounds and mud pits in the roads. Several rvs look to be on long term rates. The train ride is once in a lifetime because I’ll never go again. Overpriced. They hand you coupons for future rides and for camping discounts. The conductor talks the whole time but you cannot hear over the train. Mostly adverts for their other services.

This Place Needs Help
We stayed there for an extended period only to find out that the sewer lines freeze in the winter, the roads aren't maintained very well and are very rough, the staff will lie to you about anything and now they charge over $1000 a month for all these amenities. For that kind of cash, I think they should have concrete slabs, better kept roads, space between the units and sewer lines that flow when the temp dips below zero. Come on TBR...

4th Of July
We enjoyed our week here. We paid for a premium spot due to being able to watch the Buffalo and the larger site. We enjoyed walking around to look at the animals. We were in site D3. Laundry is adequate, bathroom was clean, didn't see showers. They brag on the senators steak house. I would not know we were there at 4:30 on a Tuesday. By 5:20 all we had received was our drinks. We paid for those and left still no food. Which was only burgers or ribs or salad bar. We drove to Cheyenne for supper. We got in some great hikes in Medicine bow N.F. we will b e back, but won't count on eating there.

Hospitable
Easy ✔️ in, dinner at the steakhouse was good as well as service was good. Bre was fantastic! Ribs were an ample serving. Several long term folks which doesn’t help when you can’t cut grass which makes it feel ‘unkept’. The cabins were SUPER cute! They’ve put in some time to make ‘me cute and it shows. Lots looked all mostly level. Even though next to I25 noice wasn’t bad. Good pit stop but not sure I personally would enjoy several nights there.

Unkept
We were disappointed with the ranch, lots of rv spots but very close together. Gravel road needed to be graded, lots of holes to shake the camper as we drove in. All the amenities are extra cost. They have a nice gift shop with the normal souvenir items, some things over priced. Bathroom and shower are dated. The wagon shuttle was not working due to lack of staff. Restaurant had good food but again slow due to lack of staff. Servers were very friendly and helpful just over worked. Not sure if I would come back.

Unique Camping Experience
This was a unique camping experience for us. The ranch is huge and has a lot of activities to offer: the bison train, horseback rides, ATV tours, trading post, wagon rides, various animals in addition to the bison including camels, llamas, ostrich, peacocks and more. Everything is well maintained. There are 2 restaurants on site. We had the bison short ribs from the steak house and they were outstanding. Folks in the office are friendly and helpful. The interior roads are easy to navigate. Good internet and T-Mobile signal. I guess the only negative is that the RV camping area is really just a flat gravel lot, and the sites are extremely narrow. We were here off-season, so we had no-one beside us, but if the park were full I have to imagine it would feel pretty cramped. We would stay here again.

Too Windy, Unkept
Planned on staying one week, on July 13th, winds had to be between 50 to 70 mph, our 42 foot rig was in the deluxe site and was 90 degrees to the wind, slide was tipping inwards up to 10 to 12 inches, destroyed topper on slide out, understanding was no fault of the staff at the park, very helpful, but overall not impresses with upkeep of the grounds, weeds were at all the sites in our area, we and our traveling companions left one day early, notified staff and was instantly told no refund, should had responded quicker and told them to take the no refund amount on both sites to pay someone to cut down the weeds. Both couples agreed we cannot recommend this rv park to anyone, should have listened to my wife and just left on Saturday, July 11th, would still have topper on slider. FYI, it was very windy every day there, course it is Wyoming.

Great One Day Stop
Staff was very helpful with the fact that we were not going to arrive until after they closed. Was able to check in over the phone. The sites are just a little bigger than right on top of each there, fairly level, but covered in weeds. Hook ups are clean and centrally located in the middle of the space. Woke up this morning and the staff was very helpful in booking our horseback rides and bison feeding train ride. Had breakfast at the cafe. Not bad at all. Reasonably priced. There are animals everywhere! They have around 16 friendly cats all over the property. Then of course Ted the turkey (that you can pet), peacocks, horses, miniature ponies, ostrich, lamas, alpacas, cows and more. Both the train ride and the horseback ride take you from Wyoming into Colorado and back. Good rides. The Senator's Steak house and Saloon are a great rustic feel, big barn with a stage and live music. Food is pricey but good.

We stayed only one night. Easy in/out. Nice areas to walk our dogs and nice little fenced in area for leash off dog park. Sites were close together, but other than that, no complaints. Check in was easy and staff was pleasant.

Great For Kids
Lots of things for kids to see and do. The spots were a little too close together. We came during June ( covid time) so there were plenty of spots available. We rode the train to feed the bison. The kids loved the two play grounds. And seeing all the animals.

Great For Kids
Best about rv park is kids entertainment. Train rides, buffalo, camels and a ton of fun. Bad, dusty dirt sites, sites close together. Restaurant on site that was just OK food, nothing special, live entertainment. With kids would stay again, by our self no

Ok for overnight. RV sites very close together. They should consider putting overnight guests further from long stay trailers. It appears there were many long term residents here. Lots of highway noise. Don’t expect quiet night.

Just Okay.
Campground was just okay. We did have issues with laundry. The 4 dryers were old and did not work well. Had to dry clothes 3 times to get them dry. Enjoyed feeding the bison though. Staff was friendly.

Nice But Not Worth The Price
Stayed here May 6-7, 2018 at recommendation of friends we’re traveling with. Park has a lot to see for kids and adults. Farm animals, souvenir shop and bison. This park has a lot of potential but is very expensive for off season. If you come to take advantage of the Passport America price, GREAT one night stay but to charge almost $50 a night for gravel sites, grass that hasn’t been mowed, Highway noise is way too expensive. They should offer a 5-7 night Passport America price during off season. We enjoyed ourselves here with the train ride (not a real train) but will only come for the one night special price. Our recommendation is based on staying at RV Parks and campgrounds across the country.

Cool Place
We dry camped here during the Cheyanne Frontier Days Rodeo. There were lots of hook ups and it didn't seem like they were all being used every night (front desk ladies seemed a bit unorganized) but the overflow dry camping worked fine for us. Two playgrounds, horseback rides ($40 per person) train rides to feed the bison ($15 per person), two restaurants, general store, and lots of other things to see and do. A neat place!

Find Someplace Else
Very disappointed. Made reservations well in advance for three class A's. Upon arrival we were not together, the staff was indifferent telling us they were full. I went to my assigned spot, a dirt field full of weeds in between two permanent spots. We felt like we were staying with a bunch of carnies at a fairground not to mention unsafe. We returned to the office got our money back and left.

This place has so much potential, but is a bit run down. The spots were in a field, which was fine as there was plenty of room. We could see the bison in the neighboring field, but not up close. There was a children's park with rides and horseback rides, but again they seemed run down. There were two restaurants available which we did not visit and a nice gift shop. Overall, it was an ok place to stop but nothing special. Passport America price made it worth the stop.

Windy
Not impressed. Large lot. Can't see any bison unless you pay for a tour. Too windy to do anything. Nice bath/shower, but wind was too strong to even walk from the trailer to the building. Workers all said strong winds were normal for this area. Ugh. One positive, they took the passport America card discount.

Enjoyed our stay. Did the feeding the bison tour. Was great tour!... Went to the dinner to eat bison steak. 31.00 was the worst steak.. Would have enjoyed beef so much more! Not perfectly clean(grass etc)

Enjoyed Stay
Had a great time. Hesitated to stay based in some other reviews, but glad we did. Playground was great for the kid, lots small, but okay for our need. Had lots of fun free stuff to explore. Showers were great! Wifi was spotty. Would recommend if you don't need a huge lot.
