Very inexperienced personnel. Good location but tight and clamped quarters. Personnel new training in customer relations. Looks very run down. Access in and out poorly layed out. Only one way and out and bery close to buildinh next door. Would not recommend unless you can't fined a Wal-Mart near by.

Don't Recommend For Large Rigs, Esp.
The park was decent. We didn't use the facilities. Right on the lake. Below are the issues we ran into at this park: 1 - the park was ridiculously difficult to navigate/drive through in our 41' class A, even after we unhitched the car. 2 - they don't mention - until arrival - that laundry can't be done in your rig because it 'takes water from the other guests'. Which, translated means the water pressure is lacking. Our pump does a better job at keeping pressure in the lines. 3 - they also don't mention before arrival that only one air conditioner is allowed to be in use at a time. 4 - they never mentioned (nor was it mentioned in the paper given to us) that the gate is closed and locked at 10. We got back our second night there to find it locked. No emergency number is given to contact. No way to get in. We had to park our car outside the gate and leave it overnight. You *can* obtain a key for a $10 refundable deposit, if you know about it to ask. We will not stay here again!!!!!

Not Happy Campers.
The lady that checked us in did not even mention that the gate closes at 10 pm. When we came home after a night out we find the gate was locked and we couldn't open it. We had to leave our truck outside the campground which made us feel uncomfortable but we had no choice. There was no emergency phone number on the welcome/rules sheet. The resort rules didn't even mention anything about the gate closing. I went to complain and the same lady said she was sorry and handed me a key for the next time. The RV sites are very narrow and the whole campground is not anything special. There was cars everywhere and it was hard to maneuver around. They are not pet friendly. It seemed like there were a lot of longterm RVs there and they was one next to us but no one was there for the 3 days we were there. Not well managed. The last day another customer told me that they rented a cabin but when they went inside it was full of bats and guano. They had to stay in a tent. Not recommended.

Good Camp Ground
Good camp ground. Not accommodating for dogs that much. Pets are not allowed on the beach! They do have a dog run available.

Great Campground
Lady at the office was very accommodating. Gave us a site for 2 nights even though we did not have reservation. Bathrooms are clean and shower is coin operated. Nice dog run for my dogs. View of Lake Goodwin is beautiful. Will come back again .
