Avoid Even For Shopping
This area is high crime and Walmart is not safe. We live in the area and never shop here due to the crime rate, loiterers, and just unsafe feeling. EVEN IN DAYLIGHT. If you need to go to Walmart, there is one up a little ways on 405 in Factoria, one in Covington, or south in Federal Way. Or the Target in Renton.

Avoid This Walmart Location.
We stopped here to purchase groceries after dark before stopping for the night. A short while later, upon returning to our truck, we find that our secured gas cans had been stolen (chains had been cut to steal them) and our toolbox had been pried open.
Highly recommend not shopping here (nor staying overnight) and definitely don’t stick around too long in such a high crime area.
Security said they couldn’t do anything and we would have to file a police report. There are portable cop camera kiosks all over the parking lot replacing security that supposedly used to drive around the lot to deter crime and thefts. AVOID.

Try Not Staying At Walmart If You Can
I was out of options and had to crash somewhere while waiting for family to arrive at airport early next morning. This walmart has a lot of loiterers and seems to be a high crime area. Security car is constantly driving with lights on. They left a note on my window stating that city of Renton does not allow overnight camping and i had 24 hours to move my vehicle so they could comply with city ordinance. I crashed and left in morning. Im an RV newbie and learned that even if walmart allows overnight parking i will never stay at one again for safety purposes and being able to sleep peacefully.
