Best Family And Dog-friendly Campground
This place is just lovely, and I’m so happy we found it, we will definitely be back soon. The beach access and clamming are so ideal! The shop has everything you need and they walked us through every part of clamming since we’d never been before. So glad we did, that was so much fun and the clam chowder beat out the burgers! They put on hourly activities for the kids that were so fun and cute! The staff were so helpful, sweet, accommodating, and friendly. The campground itself is beautifully kept, on the smaller side, and the campsites are nicely wooded and private. Bathrooms were meticulously clean, and the shop had everything I’ve ever forgotten or wanted on a camping trip. We definitely found our new favorite place!

Bay center KOA
This is a gem! Small camp with short walking trail to the beach. Welcoming. Well kept. Campsites roomy. This area of the Washington Coast is beautiful. Hiking is great. Drove to Olympic National Park and Quinault rain forest. Hiking there was magical. Don’t miss the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge. For local food stop at Dock-of-the-Bay. Loved our stay.

Small and nice KOA
I changed my travel plans and booked this last minute during the week. Very pleasantly surprised being from Cali to book a very nice pull through patio site with table and chairs, porch swing, picnic table, fire pit and gas BBQ for $50/night. This is a very small park with sunny spots and very shaded sites, just a few hundred steps down a KOA trail to a small beach that welcomes dogs. There is also a small fence dog park next to a grassy dog walk area to potty dogs. Poop bags and cans nearby. The hosts were very friendly. WIFI was fast with the park half full and although there aren't a lot of channels on their cable TV, it was HD and it offered channels I happen to like. I didn't bother hooking up my satellite to supplement. On the way in to this KOA coming from the north, stop at the seafood market stand for fresh lunch or dinner.

Bay Center KOA... This is a nice small campground, off the beaten path, nice people running it, AND THEY HAVE ICECREAM!!!!.. good parking for my truck, our yurt has its own covered picnic table and shelter plus a large gas BBQ and a nice sized fire ring... there is not a whole lot to do here but that suits me fine,, (I read a lot)... there are three wheeled bikes for rent and also a play yard for the kids to play at... The camper sites are nice also and seem to be good sized but don't have the BBQ setup but they also are able to cook in their rigs... after walking around for a while I see that most of the small cabin sites also have the same BBQ covered table we have, there seem to be a fair number of tent sites also.. most of the sites have a decent amount of privacy also... we have been looking for another camper for a while (I have had two motor homes and two tent trailers) and now I just want a camper for long weekends... so I can come back here.

You can clam, you can relax, you’ll have some elbow room, it’s peaceful. If you need to unwind and refresh, you need to come here!

Beautiful and quiet small KAO close to the water and definitely off the beaten track. Family friendly. We stopped for 1 night and would've like to stay longer. We where lucky with fantastic weather and would definitely come back. We have a 32ft travel trailer and had no problems with parking. Spots are comfortable and not too close together.
