Best Walmart

Safe, quiet. Feel lucky to be able to overnight here.

Ok to park. Ok to stay overnight. Several RVs were there the night I stayed. Semi's were in the lot next to the Lowes adjacent to Walmart.

We Were Told We Could Stay

We asked the manager and we were told that we could stay at our own risk. She had heard rumors that they were giving out tickets. I will update the post tomorrow if we got a ticket. If we did not, I will not update the post and we will be merrily on our way

Overnight Car And Rv Parking

Called the store and was told rv and car overnight parking is allowed. No tractor trailers. Park in the back and side. Park away from the doors.

Stayed here the night, pulled in at 6pm and went to service desk. Very nice lady there told me sure is ok to park overnight. Parked by the garden center with 4 others. Wife went into Walmart and bought a few things we needed.... Very nice folks....

Called ahead and got permission to stay overnight. Lady at Walmart said to park on the garden center end. It was nice, quiet, and felt safe in the area. Should we travel this way again and need an overnight park we will definitely stop here again. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and shopping to boot. Easy to get to from the interstate and also easy in and out of large parking lot. THANK YOU Walmart Supercenter in Wytheville!

Haved stayed here before. Good spot on Garden Center side.

Overnight

Stayed on garden centre side along with two others. WiFi reception form nearby businesses can be received.

Stayed overnight asked customer service person in store she said it was fine to stay in RV but they had to prevent 18 wheelers because they trashed parking lot. ( go figure I thought it would be the opposite) Oct 2,2018

I called and asked about overnight RV parking and was told they do not allow it. 10-7-2017

We called and were given permission to stay.
