Decent Spot
Stayed here for a week, first time visit. The campground was clean and the beach front area was nice with a large sandbar. The campground is pretty far from anything except a dollar general. The pizza and ice cream joint is good, except they close a little too early at 8pm when the sun is still up. The mini golf and billards are only open when the convince store is open, which is a ridiculously small amount of hours during the day. There's also a lot of speedbumps on the main road. Slightly annoying. The golf carts still drive crazy fast and avoid the speedbumps so what's the point of having them? Campsites are also pretty close to one another. There's about 4 feet between your picnic table and the next camper. Hookups were good and each site has a table and firepit so that was really nice. They also have daily activities going on which was cool, they were aimed more towards children though.

Will Return
This is one of our favorite camp grounds thus far. With its well maintained grounds & great camp store, you will find lots to do for entertaining. Your kids should be busy. It was too early in April for all the beach & pool activities, but we enjoyed the golf, fishing, bike riding, & billards. The pool tables need a bit of work, but not many campgrounds have one.

Great Place
Week day stay for 3 days. School break for us northerners.
Quiet. Park seemed only 1:3rd full of that.
Cabins were empty.
Pool closed but wasn’t really warm enough anyway.
We were in site 610 on the canal. Caught a great big catfish.
Staff was nice. Miniature golf was free. Beach was nice.
Checked out the bathhouses. Modern and clean.
Would recommend

Nice
We were excited to stay here. Definitely off the beaten path
Campground facilities are nice and clean but customer service was less then great. Not very organized and no effort made by staff to police the campground at night which unfortunately was terrible due to loud all night partiers.

Fantastic Campground
There are so many pluses to this campground. The beach view is worth the money, and it's beautiful. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Hospitality A++++
The walk along the beach is relaxing in winter months, and I can't wait to come and get to use the paddle boats and canoes and events when it warms up. We were on a beach front to site, but the cottages look amazing also. The bath houses are so spacious and clean, stalls have a sink, large shower, and toilet each. Billiard room was a godsend for one of our cold and windy nights where a fire wasn't possible. The playgrounds are amazing (there is one up front and also one ON the beach) It's everything that we wanted and MORE. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.
