Way Finding, Safe, Quiet & Good Juice
If you are an electric car glamper, this is a can’t miss spot! Wayfinding: Their system is easy... From gettin off 81, arriving at the campground, self paying (Arrived after hours) next to the office, following the supplied map to the site and using the 50 Amp outlet, the astute business folks here have figured this out! About the safety quotient, the campground is well lit and comfortable. Your apprehension meter will not even blip! In terms of quiet, the pensive folks that thought out this location, chose close enough to 81 yet far enough away to avoid a noisy night of 18 wheelers! Regarding juice, plugged in at 11 PM and exited at 7 AM. With the air running at 72 degrees, we added an overnite range of 220 miles. Big picture, we’ll be back - probably with a tent next time! Clean, Nice Staff, Beautiful
Lovely weekend at site 32 on lake. Campground is beautiful. Lovely twisting, babbling creek feeding lake with crazy tame ducks. Great dog park. Staff is super nice and helpful! Very clean. Well stocked store.

Labor Day
We were lucky to get a site for two nights on a holiday weekend with no reservations! Enjoyed the live music Sunday night and very clean grounds. Couldn’t get our tv to work but other than that had a level site and enjoyed hiking nearby! Would recommend for the price, especially with good Sam discount.

Nice Place
Nice well kept place. No longer a KOA, now a Good Sam. Only had a quick overnight stay, but had a long spot for our fifth wheel. Our campsite didn’t have very good lighting to back in after dark. That was the only challenge.

Well maintained and picturesque. Variety of different spots most very level. Only minus is the winding road in the campground to get to the longer sites. A few trees hang over road. All in all a very nice place.

We Will Be Back
Stayed one night in a hill-top pull-through with our 33’ RV pulling 20’ trailer. Easy in and out. Friendly staff, well maintained facilities. Good Sam campground. No longer a KOA campground.

Great Park!
We have stayed at parks from Florida to California and I must say that this park is everything the other writers have said about it. Pulled in on Tues for a 2 night stay could not have chosen a better one. Beautiful ground, well maintained and enough help to run a park of this size. 30 miles North of Lexington away from busy I81 highway, quiet and peaceful.

Great!!!
Best RV Park yet! This place is beautiful, clean, decorated tastefully for the season. Loved our one not there and would consider this a destination camping experience. We both loved it. Spotless modern showers. Great staff!

Overnight Stop
We stopped here for an overnight it waz very clean and staff were very friendly. Some of the sites are small but they were very accommodating. Our dog enjoyed the large dog park and watching the family of ducks around the pound. Would stay again!

Camp Ducks
This was a nice campground. Well maintained, clean bathrooms. They have a family of ducks that will follow you around. We where there in the beginning of May . Our only problem was that they tried to put us in a site that was to small for our trailer. I asked to move to the next site over and they allowed us to move. But the next site was to small for our truck and trailer. They asked to move our truck to the site next to ours , then came back and asked us to move it to the visitors parking.
