Cross Country Adventure

Great campground, beautiful setting and peaceful and quiet. The owners and staff are very sweet and personal. Everything is very well maintained. Site we had overlooked the pond , but any site here us great. I can go on but you get the point... Happy camping Everyone !

Excellence Service & Park Stay

Spent an amazing weekend relaxing on our first trip in our "new to us" RV at Cozy Acres. The staff is SO nice. Check in was a breeze. When we realized we forgot dish soap...no problem, they had it in the store (and plenty more items one may need)! Got a chance to get to know one of the owners some as he is very involved in the running of the camp. He makes sure everything in the camp is cared for. This gives them exceptional customer service. Can't wait for Virginia to move to less restrictive COVID phases so they are allowed to open their pool, clubhouse and other amenities (can't hold it against them they have to keep them closed due to a pandemic). The ponds, beautiful scenery, ability to walk/bike the park, etc made up for lack of ability to swim. Will be returning for sure!

Tranquility

One of the finest campgrounds in the Richmond area. The lack of wifi and cable makes it more enjoyable. The campground is surrounded by ponds, lakes and walking trails. Absolute tranquility for those who truly want to experience camping and yet a short drive to shopping. The folks that run the campground are perfect hosts and very helpful. Easy in and out for our 43’ 5th wheel.

Super quiet and off the beaten path. We stayed 2 nights in Kottage 12. No TV and no WiFi - no issue. Love the screened porch with wooden swing; found myself in it all 3 days. Parking at the kottage is small, compact or subcompact; I rented a KIA Sportage and it covered up the spot. We rented linens and washcloths - purchased pillows from the local Walmart...Best bathhouse I’ve been in: clean and well designed and appointed - space considering....Very few full timers and many friendly folks in the campground...Four Seasons restaurant was our best food stop.

Bad wifi and reception of any kind. Very rural.

Enjoyed our first camping trip in our new trailer this past weekend!

Richmond Bound

Enjoyed this quiet secluded spot. No WiFi or cable at the sites and weak cell signal but you couldn’t beat it for the quiet and privacy and really nice owners. Medium priced but clean and really well kept. Our site was a little muddy after big rain but gravel was level with brick patio. Would come back!

I Will Come Back To Cozy Acres

Just want to say the campground was immaculate clean the camp store was awesome brought back memories campsites were perfect with the patios full hook ups and drive-through it was great swim pool was just outstanding and the best part about camping is when your camp with a friend it makes it worth while Thank you four a great time

Travel Nurse stayed 13 weeks and loved it here! Beautiful atmosphere lots of trees with large sites. Many acres, pool, fishing ponds, trails.

AWESOME PLACE and PEOPLE!

Second Labor Day in a row here. Sites aee well maintained, power and water never an issue. Lots of fun things to do! We'll be back in May for our second Memorial day in a row! Awesome time!

Outstanding campground. Out of the way for some people but excellent if you want to get away. They make you feel at home here. They have planned events from time to time as well. The campers that come here have always been friendly and polite. Good enviroment all the way around.

Very well kept campground, attentive to your needs. Great country setting, very quiet & you can see so many stars!
