Great Campground

What a beautiful campground! Sites are mostly level and most are decent size. The grounds and landscaping are beautiful. All building seem very new or renovated before their reopening a few years ago. Saturday nights feature a dinner onsite ranging from steaks to chicken to ribs or spaghetti for a reasonable price. Onsite pizza and ice cream parlor. Also a billiards room and fitness center. Volleyball, basketball, and pickleball courts. Only thing that could be considered a negative is being right on a highway that a site like ours closer to the front you can hear a little road noise in the mornings if you are trying to sleep in, but if the AC or fan had been running probably wouldn’t have heard it

New Name

They have renovated and re opened as Madison Vines campground. Have not been yet but looking forward to checking it out. Will give 3 stars for website pictures only

Wow. Pathetic... Your list of “aggressive dogs” is ridiculous. How the heck can you segregate certain breeds. Any breed can be friendly or aggressive. Shame on you, close minded park owners. And your rates only include 2 people per site. SMH.

New Ownership

I am told under new ownership. The review from 2017 is right on. We stay a week in 2016 and haven't been back because everytime someone came to visit, cha'ching another extra charge. Will be trying again later this month.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!!

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!! The place is clean enough, and the campground is nice enough as far as facility goes, but for us family time is precious far above money. We left after just several hours here. There are a multitude of rules that every employee is very experienced in reminding you at every turn. If you are looking for wholesome family time to enjoy definitely keep rolling down the road. Very nice for a single couple or retired people. They are not customer service orientated so we got to donate our weekend funds to them... NO REFUNDS! just another rule.... We stayed at site 53

Great wooded campground. Stayed 2 nights. Kids enjoyed the jumping pillow and in ground pool. Bath house was very clean. Most sites are fully shaded. My main negative was wifi is an additional charge. Look forward to returning.
