We loved this campground. Nice pools, great place for kids as they have an old time firetruck that takes the kids, and adults, on rides on Fridays and Saturdays. Great places to walk dogs. Staff is really nice. Beautiful part of Vermont.

The place very friendly, but you had to pay to use the shower, also the bathroom and showers not very clean in the area they put us. There are two separate area you can be placed. However it's a great place for family with there kids and pets.

Clean Facilities, Great for Kids
We camped here over Labor Day weekend. It was packed! Nearly every site was taken, and the sites were pretty small. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, as were the fire truck rides. It was very family friendly, and there weren't any rowdy late nighters keeping us awake. However, it is situated very close to the highway and my husband had a difficult time sleeping because of the traffic noise. Also, everything does cost money here and there. They even have a policy that you cannot bring in your own wood. I'm not sure how strictly enforced it normally is because we were there over such a busy weekend. All in all, I'm giving it four stars because of the cleanliness, but I debated between three and four.

This is a nice campground. There is plenty of things to do for kids and adults. I would rate this campground higher, but they nickel and dime you with conveniences such as WiFi. During the summer the circuit breaker kept tripping. This was a parkwide issue because of the heat and we were told to use propane for hot water and fridge and to limit a/c use. We paid a decent amount of money for the weekend and I wasn't about to inconvenience my family or increase my expenses. Outside of these issues, we like the park and camp here a lot.
