Rude Rude Rude

Rudest management ive ever dealt with! Kathleen is emotionally immature and essentially told us to leave because we questioned them over charging us!! The grounds are horrible in addition! Bugs are bad! Water is weak. Again rudest woman!

Rude Mgmt & Bad All The Way Around

Lived in this rv/mobile home Park for 4 yrs. When first moved in management was helpful & friendly then was replaced by new management. The new management is rude, unfriendly and constantly changes what they tell you! Tell you one thing one day & change it the next! Water is shut off almost on a weekly basis. Office hours are always changing, never know when someone in the office is going to be there or open. Maintainence has gone down hill badly and doesn't seem to care to a good job or damage your property!

Lots of Fox Tail Weeds

Park is good unless you have a dog. Grass is loaded with Fox Tail weeds that got in my dog's paws and resulted in a Vet bill for surgery to remove one. Be careful with your dog if you stay here!

Bad Experience

Our first RV experience was made unnecessarily stressful due to the rudeness of this park's staff. We started at the park with a park employee parking our trailer in mud and off of the concrete strips. We had to pull the trailer out of the mud and the park employees got upset that we tore up their "sod" (really weeds and mud). We rented for the month of March 2019. We took a week long trip during that time and when we returned (still in March of 19) there was another trailer parked in our spot, even though there were several empty and dry spots available. When we called the on call manager he was very impatient with my husband trying to back up the trailer in the new spot. We ended up leaving angry and will never return. Hope this stops others from this headache

OK For Overnight

This is an old mobile home park that is now renting to RV's. It is a little run down but not bad for an overnight. Price we paid is a Passport America rate. Office staff was very helpful and nice to talk with. Park was close to fuel and the freeway. Would stay again if passing through.

False Listing

I called this RV park and requested monthly renting and everything was going fine until she says you have a dog and I said yes and she has what breed is it. a German shepherd and she turned around we have no openings we have a waiting list we can put you on and that's a false listing for pets

Nice Quiet Stop over

This is a large park. It has some permanent trailers with skirting, some look semi permanent. The sites are spaced further apart than most RV parks. It was quiet and our space was in the front where everyone is coming and going. Convenient way in and out to the freeway. Has a nice pool. Host very friendly and helpful. Our site was full hookups. I assume they all are. They accept Passport America.

No wifi, no tables, old mobile home park that's quite run down. Way too expensive for what you get.

Okay

The place is okay. It is a mobile home Park that has sites for RV's. Some sites look really nice. Others are very run down. Ours was in between. It was fine for a few nights, but originally we were going to stay a month and glad we didn't. There are a lot of speed bumps which is very annoying being in the back. Pricey for what it was.
