2 loops in a first come/served campground. Loop A has 2 sites that are large and flat, but due to size of turn-around, the remaining few sites are restricted to smaller vehicles <22' (mostly suited for tents and vans). Loop B, level nicely spaced sites with lots of vegetation, most sites are private. Water fill at kiosk (not during winter, was available end of March). Vault toilets and dumpster. Boat ramp next to Loop A, so there's lots of traffic and parked vehicles. Pretty setting along river with some traffic noise during the day, trails from the campground, amazing petroglyphs. I was able to dump at Cadillac Ranch and Coral Sands RV park when a spot was open ($15 dump). Coin laundry with a huge parking lot across from gas station, coins availableat lodge next door. Propane fill, including on-board tanks, at Coral Sands. Verizon fast enough to stream movies. Bluff is a sleepy, quaint, and wonderful town with a rich history. Valley of the Gods and Gooseneck state park 25 min drive.

Quiet, Peaceful, Level, No Services
I'm not sure why this says Monticello because it's actually near Bluff Utah. This is a nice BLM campground. Nice level spot near the boat launch for San Juan River. This was February and there were about 5-6 other campers but lots of empty spots. We choose the A loop due to wanting to be away from larger rigs running generators. It 2as 24 degrees at night. Warmed up nicely next morning though. Gravel sites, quite level, no services, vault toilet that was recently cleaned, actually quite nice. Garbage bin on premises. Very quiet. No road noise. Lots of great campground roads for walking the dog. Also, nice hike to petroglyph sites.
Would def stop again. (Price is $15 @ night, half off with access pass.) Would def stop again unless it was summer season as folks say that it's crowded with river runners and also buggy.

Just right
Just enough shade to blunt the July sun. No hook ups but not a bad spot. Trailers have to use the B loop - our 28 foot with Ram pickup fit just fine.

Great Little Spot
Most of the spots with shade and river access. Some road noise. Great location for exploring the ruins. Small town, no grocery or propane. Only one water station, clean restrooms, level sites.
