Great Place
This place was a blessing for us. Tried several other camping spots and they were all booked. Called this place and they had a cancellation and put us in a nice electric spot with shade and water. Even gave us a cheaper price than quoted. Due to military discount. Nice clean showers.

DON’T GO
I was charged 45 instead of the 35 it showed on the website. When I inquired about this the manager said, “oh I’m sorry, it’s too late to change it now.” Then it says on the website that the showers are free to campers but when I asked for the key, they said it’s only for the tent campers. Very poorly maintained and managers were rude!

Cusps Service Is Poor
I Submitted a reservation request asking for a quieter space. They booked me but said we don’t have any quiet spaces. So I called that same day, just a few hours after the reservation to speak with them about it. Since they said nothing is quiet at their site I said please cancel my reservation. They did but still charged me 10%. I requested that they remove this charge being that they were able to meet my reservation request in the first place, they declined my request and kept their 10%.

Additional Comments
There appear to be many permanent residents. Many of the sites are very junky. I felt like we were staying in the slums

Packcreek RV Oark
Large weeds and sand in RV spaces. Sites extremely close together. Good price for laundry. Bathrooms are nice, but need to replace shower heads to prevent water spray from drenching shoes and clothes outside the shower. The shower curtain did not prevent this.

Not As Expected
We spent three nights. Our spot had no shade despite claiming to have tree-shaded spots. The tree on our spot was dead. The ground was purely sand and not level. We couldn’t put out our awning as it would be in our next door neighbor’s space as he was parked a different way in from us. The management was very friendly though and we got a gift bag.

Management Is Untrustworthy
We called to see if a 1 night reservation with full (water, sewer and electric) was available. The agent said yes, for one night that is available. We tried to give credit card. We were to arrive in 3 hours. He took our name and said he would hold the space. When we arrived, he had rented the space to another customer who had a multiple day rental, but arrived a day early. We spent the night in a space with no sewer. Your WORD is Your BOND, where I am from. You don’t lie to a customer. Greed and Dishonesty. I would rather boondocks than stay here.

Nov “17”. Great find in this area. Off the road, super quiet and good services at the site and bath house. Stayed four days, enjoyed every day as there’s so much to see and do in Moab area.

Great Spot!
This was a great find. While the other parks we saw in Moab looked like RV sales lots along the highway, this was off the main roads in a quiet rural neighborhood. Sites aren't large but there are some trees, and they are set "neighbor style" so you door faces another trailer door and not a sewer hookup. Bathroom had free showers, even though the cost for the site was only $30. Laundry on site too. One caveat: if you need everything new and shiny, and would be bothered by the kids who live here full time playing on the playground, you might want the more expensive highway places.

Quiet Campground
This Campground is located well off the main highway and is very quiet. When we arrived at our site the maintenance man stopped by to make sure everything was alright. Laundry is good and $1.50 for wash / $1.00 to dry. If you have a valid military ID call for rates; they are Very Good for military. If you make a reservation on line make sure you check the military block. You have to show ID when you arrive. Retired ID is accepted.

Satisfied!
Very friendly staff with a lot of good advice. Very good price, we paid 44 dollar for two nights with taxes. Nice places with shade, firepit and BBQ. If you don't mind dirt (sand) this is definitly a good recommendation. Only a lot of ants and mosquitos but seems normal to us.

Loved This Park
The staff and park were great. Only a few minutes from downtown Moab, UT and several parks including Canyonlands, slick rock, dead horse, sand flats. Bathrooms are updated laundry rooms are there and misters under the gazebo to keep cool. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone. Also once I showed up the staff asked if I was military, which I am. And gave us up to 3 nights free. Couldn't have asked for a better Moab experience.

Cheap But Nice
This is a cheap site but does the trick. Good water. Large pull thur sites. Down side, dusty, no grass, trashy but friendly year around campers.
