Nice Park But A Little Pricey
On a long family motor home trip, we needed a place for the night with power. Saw this spot, and with the one ”$” sign in the app, figured we’d give it a try. I don’t know about anyone else, but $45 is not a one $ park, especially considering that it’s a state park campground. I was thinking more like $25? Oh well. The park is nice, plenty of room. Green grass and a boat launch on the river if you need it. There’s also a golf course and frisbee golf… not sure if there’s an extra fee for that or not. Bathrooms were clean and showers hot. Had the price been lower I’d have given it 5 stars.

Ok For Last Minute Overnight
Sites very close together; noisy, busy place even though not full. Would never go there for the experience or the beauty.

Fine For Overnight Stay
This is more similar to a city park than a state park. Nice overnight stop on our travels west on I-70.

Decent Jumping Off Point
Pretty much a typical utah state park. Sites are a bit tight and many were laid out ass backwards where the power and water are right by the camper door and the picnic table is behind the rig. Had a devil of a time backing into site 16 until I realized the post for the site across the way was loose from others hitting it. Town is pretty much dead but Ray's Tavern is the place to go for great burgers and service. Great jumping off point to visit Moab and the Wedge overlook.

Wow
Beautiful place. Quiet, green, most spots are relatively shady and the guy at the front gate is a wonderful person. Highly recommend. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is the $45 price. But considering the whole lot of nothing outside of town, still worth it.

Nice State Park
Stayed here one night September 2020. space 31, pull thru. $35 great little park on the river with golf course attached. It was melon season and green river is a melon Capitol —we bought 5 or 6 different varieties at the melon stand. Great stop.

Great Location
We travel fulltime and I have to say this is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed. Very well maintained and clean. Hot showers. Friendly staff. Check out our video review. https://livefreebirds.com

Spent a few days here. Nice park, clean and neat. What really reached me was their watering of grass areas surrounding camp sites. Yes, the place looks great and, yes the attendant did advise they were going to water. My MH is over 12 ft high... every square inch was covered with water spots from what I suspect was the mud in the river adjacent. Yup, they told us they were going to water, but let’s be reasonable. Think twice about staying here if you’re trying to keep your RV clean during extended travels, and of course, if you care about it- Beyond this issue, in all fairness, the facility was nice, as well as quiet.

Nice State Park
Nice green state park on edge of Green River. Clean bathhouse. Arrive early if no reservations - park fills up early. Really nice park host & Ranger. Make sure site is large enough before paying.

Nice Stop To Moab
We stayed here on our trip to visit arches and canyon land. Since our next stop was The other direction on 70, it didn't make sense to pull further east. The grass was green and there was shade trees. It was more comfortable than staying out in the desert. At night, the bullhead fishing in the green river at the back of the park was great here. There is a little town here to grocery shop, do laundry and get fuel. Good for a one or two night drop stay while visiting the national parks
