Muddy Mess, Poor Maintenance
Absolute muddy mess with thin gravel. Leaves still all over the ground from the fall and weeds over a foot tall. Least bit of rain causes huge mud issues. Office unattended until 5:45 PM when a family member comes in to collect the money...then leaves. Site mostly unlevel with a gully 2 feet from our door between every site. Looked like raw sewage bubbling up and running between 2 of the sites. Any campground in the area is a good find but, with the money they are making you would think they'd do a better job of keeping things up. Probably why they're not a KOA anymore. I wouldn't go back for half the price.

Not Our Favorite
The location was great for going to both Bryce and Zion and the grounds were clean, however we had the most unleveled site we have ever encountered. The rear of our 25ft trailer was extremely high and the tow bar almost in the ground ... very uphill site. The area next to us was a gully. We were not able to use the picnic table as it was terribly unleveled, if we had used the fire pit we would have needed to sit in the street, and there was area level enough for our chairs. We had reservations well in advance for Sept 27-Oct 3. On Oct 1st they closed up! We were left with no office, no laundry room and no bathrooms. There was no notice that this would happen and our cost per night did not change with the loss of immensities. We were very disappointed with this location. Also no cell service. Check out your site before you accept it.

Surprised
Very nice park. Dog park a definite plus. Horses are friendly. The view is spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend a stay here.

Not A KOA Anymore Private Owner Now
Nice Campground for a 2 or 3 Day stay or overnight. Our full hookup was ok but could not use the sewer because the hookup at our site had been worked on and an adapter was put on that did not fit our connection it was way to small and we had the screw on type to fit most connections this was the only one we had trouble with Road work on the hwy was going on while we where there too but that's nothing they have any control over. We had a beautiful view of the mountains. I will come back to here next time I come this way ?

Ok RV Park.
Not KOA any more. Small full hook up area with gravel sites that were a bit unlevel. Beautiful pasture with horses and great view of the valley. We fed the horses and made the best of a rainy time. Nice location for visiting Zion and Bryce which were both amazing day trips. Cedar Breaks National Monument also close but closed in May due to snow. Beautiful drive through the pass and we went instead to Kolob Canyon which is the lesser visited part of Zion NP. Rv park needs some maintenance but we enjoyed it.

Will Not Again
Stayed a week with a family meet up. Place needs some money put into badly. No sewer caps at sites which means when someone leaves you get to smell their sewage for awhile. Water pressure was below 40psi which was because someone run over spigot they said. Ok fix it then. Wifi was nonexistent and again excuses. Should have listened to my instincts when I walked in at arriving and the owner told me to wait she had something very important she was doing, tell someone which earrings to order for her on the internet(hers worked, imagine that.)

Not A KOA
Tight spaces and roads and lacking rock which caused it to be very dusty. We traded off the dust for horses grazing all around us and a stream running through the site. Amazing views and can someone tell my what kind of car is flipped over in the stream? My guess is 1950’s sedan

Nice
Great staff and decent park close to all the big parks and town. Also trout farm and rock stores close by. Bathrooms need updating but are clean and the water is hot.

This is not a KOA but we are glad we stayed. We've driven by this beautiful little place for years and loved how beautiful the location was. Tight spots for our big rig with 3 slides but the staff is friendly and the laundry room is very well maintained.
