Staff was good, overnight parking is next to the highway, with train tracks across the highway, lots of overnight noise. Easy in and out.

Stayed 2 nights probably one night too long. The staff is super friendly showers and bathroom were above average. The grounds and sites are Poor to below-standard gravel and crabgrass. The WiFi and internet was Superior able to stream on Netflix Pandora and Amazon. On a different note the town of Waskom was frightful. J & D 40' MH with tow vehicle
