Very nice clean park. Great location next to Walmart. Owners very friendly. Some sites are shaded and most sites have picnic tables. Full hookup but be sure to ask for a site with cable if you want it. We used antenna and still got 20 channels. If you have pets they have very large fenced area for them to run and play. If we are in this we would stay again

Nice place for a stop over. Clean restrooms. Good people. Walmart right next door.

My husband & I stayed here 2 weeks while he was working in the area. The park is well maintained, has big trees & grass. The owners & maintenance guy are very nice & helpful. Some reviews have mentioned train noise. The train does come through & does blow it's horn (remember they do this for safety purposes at crossings, not just to annoy people); however, it was not as bad as others have made it to be. We barely noticed it & it never woke us up. Definitely recommend this park.

Nice Stop Over
Clean showers, really nice office personnel, well maintained grass, level spots, right next to Walmart. Great stop over! Couldn't ask for more at $33. With air conditioner, can't hear anything.

Grass sites but level. Trains didn't bother us at all. Hwy 287 didn't hear to much noise either. Didn't hear any noise from Wal-Mart loading dock was near us. Far as noise the guy mowing around, around and around kid you not I stop counting how many times it was ridiculous. Over the same darn spot and it was nap time. Heck wait a day and my rig wouldn't been here. Over nice stay except bald guy.

I've now stayed here twice, and both times my only complaint was the train whistle. And let's be honest, that can be soothing. I would advise you to leave a radio playing low at night. The wifi is spotty, but everything else is very nice and WalMart is right next door

This park is between two highways and the BNSF coal train line. The park is nice with lots of grass and trees. Walmart is next door. The coal trains blow their whistles all night and that woke us up several times. Not a destination but a convenient stopover
