Saw this place on Keep Your Daydream. KYD gave a great video review so we decided to try it out.
Agree with KYD...very nice place, great Mom and Pop owners who are living on site.
Full hookup, 50 amp, strong WiFi.
Close to Canton for 1st Monday.

Happy Place To Stay
Ricky goes out of his way to see that you are comfortable. He is always working to improve park and is generous to veterans with his discounts. $20.00 a night for vets and $10.00 a night for disabled vets. I wish him much success with this little park. We have stayed here 3 times now. 32ft 5th wheel

Agree with all of the positive reviews. This is a park heading in the right direction. Landscaping and the new Clubhouse makes a big difference. Passport Club also a big plus. Very friendly.

these folks are so nice and so helpful! they had a free cookout for the campground on saturday post thanksgiving! full hookups line the perimeter of a large grassy playground and field - no parking lot feel! once the new shower/bathrooms are complete, i’ll give it 5 stars! only $20 (cash or check)

This campground has new owners who are working very hard to make it special. Owners are very nice people who work to accommodate your needs. It is right off I20 which makes it a great stop for an overnight.

Texas Rose RVP
Great little mom & pop park. Belinda, the "campground host" was very nice. She's in first camper on left at entrance. Don't know if the office is ever open, but there's a payment box on the wall with a form to fill & drop in - $20 a nite. She will bring you to the site. Wouldn't hesitate to stop here again.

Hidden Gem Off The 20
Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the place is wonderfully quiet given its proximity to the highway. If you're looking for a family friendly spot, this is it. I hope I can upload the pic. Enjoy!

We stayed at Texas Rose during our three day trip to First Monday Canton. We were very pleased with the park. It was easy to pull our 39ft fifth wheel into a pull thru site. Very clean and well kept. Easy access to freeway, Walmart, and restaurants.
We will be back....and highly recommend.
