Beautiful View Of Lake

I gave this a 5 star rating comparing it to the other parks in the area. It is right on Lake Tawakoni and is a gated park. And yes the gate closes at night, you get a code to come in after hours. The many post oak trees are beautiful. I don’t think there is a sunny spot anywhere, lots of trees which I loved. Would be great in the summer with shade. The people were extremely nice. The park roads are paved but was done a long time ago. The sites are the same way and some are gravel. I had no problem driving around in 35’ MH pulling a car. Several pull throughs, several long timers but park is well kept and has nice cabin rentals. Would have no problem staying there again.

Sunset Resort

We have lived here full-time for almost 10 months. We have met so many sweet people here. Our daughter loves the pool, playground, and tether ball area. We love the office staff, and the sunsets here are gorgeous.
