Ok
This was ok. No shade but the sites were level. Clean bathrooms but not great water pressure but was able to get clean. Would definitely stay again when I am in the area.

Nice place, nice people. Would have given 5 stars, it had alot of dog dodo. People should pick up after their pets.

Stoped for overnight. Paid $40. Homesteaders get shade, the rest of us got a gravel parking lot with 105 temp. Electric voltage was only 106 and AC compressor kicked off twice. We moved to hotel for night. Big sign points out absolutely NO refunds. Stay away.

Spent two nights. Very nice and welcoming staff. Pull through spot was easy to get to and hook up even in the dark. Agree with previous comments on the size of the rest rooms. Pretty tight quarters. Clean and well cared for property.

Gravel, Level, Nice, Clean
Some trees, quiet, friendly, neat, but lots of permanent residents, so not many spots available for the traveler. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet And Friendly
On our way from Dallas to Phoenix. The hostess was very pleasant as was the fellow who let us to our campsite. We have a 45 foot motorhome with four slides and two small dogs. No problem maneuvering the coach. The site was level and the gravel wasn't very dusty, but it is Texas. This is a good overnight spot. Many rows of monthly residence, who basically keep to themselves. It's quiet and peaceful. I didn't hear any children and I didn't see a play area for kids. There are two dog runs and the one we used was about 40 x 30. We let the dogs off their leash to play with a couple other small dogs. All was well until a big black Scotty was let off his leash and immediately wanted to eat our tea cup Chorkey. I think we were all traumatized by that surprise! I would recommend keeping your dogs on leashes in the play areas. All is well, and we'd stay there again.

Meh
Agree with helpful staff comments. I also enjoyed having the nature park right across the dirt road from the rv park. Three issues. The road to the park is a bumpy unpaved road. You have to pay for a shower and your knees stick out under the stall doors in the women's restrooms.

Nice staff...and helpful. Very accommodating. Just spent one night on our way through to Arizona. Reasonable rates with Good Sam. Seems to be lots of oil field workers staying here but all we met were nice. Not a trashy place. Would stay again!
