Sites were level enough with good spacing between. Gravel roads and sites. Mostly long term campers. Grass is overgrown and weeds in the gravel. Trash on ground around dumpster. Some campers have pretty junky sites. Definitely needs some clean up. Access to Waterpark in season. Did not use facilities. Ok for a night. Wouldn't want to spend a week.
