Nice Rv park many improvements have been made over the years this year they added a 3000 sq ft lounge area pool tables and cafe open 4 days a week Wednesday-Saturday come check them out close to Sam Houston state university fiber optic internet available for long term stays through att.

Very nice place! Many upgrades have been made and the price remains $40. Roads have gravel. Pull through spots have been added. There is a stocked pond, nice shower rooms, and a game room with pool tables, etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Avoid this place!! Sites are dirt no tables shade we moved 3 times to find level and electric that worked. $40 is a joke, they did honor passport America so $20 but still too much for this place. It has rained there's not even gravel we may have to be towed out??

We love it here it's just a half mile off the main Hwy 19. Quite place to stay plenty of trees nice little pond. Friendly management
