Dirty
Pools dirty with floating hair balls. Showers are dirty, sandy and hair on walls and drains. 1 out of 3 toilets were working. Needs basic cleaning and maintenance.

Mosquitoes
Beautiful facility. Nice pads, space, on canal, all concrete. Beach across street. Did I mention mosquitoes? Stayed in rig for our overnight stay. 3 Stars due to mosquitoes.
