Arrived 1st week of December 2022. No complaints about anything. Everything was as advertised. Owners were gracious and helpful. Paid for and planned to stay all month but my plans changed so I left after a week. Will most likely stay again when near Carrizo Springs.

Ok by me

We stayed overnight 40 foot motorhome towing. Owner is super nice,very easy going and helpful. Pull through's were very large plenty of room with easy access. If you are looking for a resort this is not the one, if you are looking for country atmosphere right off the highway, stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Would gladly stay again

we would gladly stay here again sites are level and big but no concrete or cliche. but lots of room for pets and the owner was very friendly. I saw that they had wifi but we didn't use it. I could not get the cable connection to work but no big deal for us. the price for the spot was more than fair.

Super friendly. Good spot for an overnight. Room for dog walking. Clean restroom, yet closed 7p to 7a. But the owner kept it open an extra hour in the evening. to accommodate us. Grocery store nearby.
